The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of the Kramer and the Ammergau Alps offers you enough space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 27 m² and is the perfect place for couples, small families or friends up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

From January 2020, we would like to welcome you to Klammstraße 27 in our completely newly built vacation rental home "Zur Wally" in our apartment "Griabig". Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes. Our apartments are individually and modernly equipped in an alpine style and, in addition to a wonderful view, have every comfort.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Alpspitzblick Riedel

The open attic apartment with 50 m2 (fully equipped) is centrally located, close to the spa park, the convention center, the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. Hikes can be started from here. Shopping, bakery, etc. are a 3-5 minute walk away. The ceiling height is partially lowered. Tall people are restricted!! Wifi included. Free street parking. Extra Expenses: Tourist tax: 3 euros/adult/day, 1 euro/children 6-16 years/day
