Set in the heart of Wine Enthusiast’s Wine Region of the Year, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 800 sq/ft terrace level flat with separate entrance, is located in a private setting in the Keswick area. Close to Downtown Charlottesville, we are adjacent to Clifton Inn and Glenmore and minutes to Keswick Hall. After exploring many of Virginia’s wineries, breweries, and historical sites, kick your feet up between the trees in the hammock or share your adventures online with our high speed Wi-Fi.

Tucked Away in Central C-ville.
Park your car and leave it there since this flat is a 5 minute walk to Uva, 10 minutes to the downtown mall and less to West Main. It offers a lot of privacy with the help of surrounding trees and a rear entrance (opposite our house). Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Completed in March 2022, the apartment includes high end finishes, tons of closet/storage space and no shortage of charm.

The Brothers Great Room
Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We cannot allow cats(due to family members with allergies and the extra cleaning required) We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your dogs may run the open areas. Please clean up after your pet.
