Located next to the countryside to do all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short ones such as "the water path" or more demanding and long ones such as the route to Siete Picos. It is an independent apartment that is located on the same property as the house.

Newly renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for telecommuting, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed wifi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.
