Idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville, de toutes les commodités et à 15mn de l’autoroute A62, Bordeaux en 50 minutes. Entre terre et mer, il convient aussi bien aux amateurs du terroir pour profiter des châteaux et vignobles , plages à 1h30 et départ du Canal à 500m.

You will enjoy the surrounding countryside, the river and its beaches in summer as well as the pool, garden and terrace. A perfect place to disconnect. Between Garonne and Canal, close to historical and tourist sites and close to the Bordeaux vineyards, there are many choices for walks. It is important to know that we live with our 4 cats who occupy the premises!

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
