In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Die Wohung ist komplett barrierefrei und mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet. Im Umland kann man wandern, klettern, am Badesee entspannen, Städte wie Bamberg, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach, Bayreuth und Kulmbach besuchen. Herrlich ist es auch, einfach im Garten oder auf der Terrasse die Ruhe zu genießen und Hühner, Laufenten oder manchmal auch Schafe zu beobachten.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, die überdachte Terrasse mit Sitz/Liege- und Grillgelegenheit befindet sich direkt daneben. Die offene voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine) bietet mit Esstisch Raum für eine Familie oder max. drei Personen. Der Schlafbereich ist in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer geteilt. Privater Parkplatz/Garage gegenüber, Fahrräder können in der Garage unterstellt werden und E-Bikes geladen werden.
