Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg City Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The facade was restored in May 2026 with a lot of love for detail and now shines again in full splendor next to the city hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

Dear guests, we offer 4 comfortable & spacious apartments, each 70 square meters, on a former farm with 2500 square meters of floor space. These are located in a separate building, 2 apartments are on the first floor with terrace, 2 on the second floor with balcony. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom & separate toilet. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. Enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet location for hiking, cycling, working or just relaxing. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace. The open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker) offers space for a family or max. four people with a large dining table and an additional sleeping option. The living room is equipped as a passageway to the shower and toilet with a desk and another sofa bed.
