Communication with Ingrid was extremely friendly and inquiries were responded to quickly and openly. The cabin is really very cute and the ladder into the bedroom has now reached cult status. :D Pure relaxation and the outdoor shower was not a problem at all. The location right by the fjord is fantastic.

Very nice place, well marked hiking trails with nice views and almost no tourists. Our children enjoyed the surroundings of the house very much. Olav was very friendly, and nothing was problem.

Everything is great! The only thing for future travelers, the house does not bring towels, so I recommend bringing them from home. Regards!

Awesome cabin. Lovely surroundings. 2 times I have been there. Highly recommend! A little too cold in the winter when it is 15- degrees but otherwise tip top :) great brightened into the cabin. Very easy check in and check out. For answers really fast if there are any questions. Thanks for the great visit! Would love to come again :)

Nice small Hut, very quiet, and nicely placed. Very cozy.

After crossing the forest in 30 minutes, we finally arrived at Villa Vannes. We had a great time in Hilde's tiny house, timeless. The location is just amazing, on the edge of a beautiful fjord where we could even see a whale! Everything is done to feel at your best, surrounded by nature. We were able to enjoy ax throwing, a very good dinner and breakfast concocted by Hilde. Hilde is a very pleasant and responsive host. We enjoyed sharing with her. We highly recommend it if you're looking for an extraordinary experience in Norwegian nature!

Tom has been really open and friendly! He even welcomed us to join him and His family in their activities! If you’re looking for the “standard” airbnb, luxury flat and waterfall shower that is not the place. But if you want a unique experience that I believe is worth the experience, in a cozy place with a surprising original design, that is the place. 15 min walking from the centre, 5 minutes ish from the nearest bus stop and Meny (shopping centre). A beautiful location, right on the water. Fished every day and had something on the line every day. A very nice cottage. As described, without running water and no shower. But I was able to handle it very well. I also managed the beds that are too small for me. It was a very nice stay! Thanks!

We had a great stay (3 nights) in the cozy cabin. The cabin was clean and the toilet worked perfectly. Easy to get fresh water for bath and kitchen (not drinkable) from the small water stream 10 meters from the cabin. Øjvind and Ole were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests. A bit tricky to park the car outside the cabin - recommended to park a the lower “level”. The cabin is close to the parking area at Predike stolen. Nice trails from there. We would love to come back again.

Absolutely great place, with an incredible view. You can't get closer to the sea 🤩

Very nice, simple cabin, in the mountains. Can only be reached on foot, so take the essentials in a backpack with you. No water in the house, but with sauna you can shower well cold or there is the possibility to fill a pressure canister with hot water and shower so warm under the stars. We would have liked to have stayed longer!!!

Fantastic place! The cabin is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has everything you need. I loved the hot shower and the comfortable bed! The location is peaceful, with great hikes like Preikestolen nearby, and a ferry that offers spectacular views of the Lysefjord from the water. Alf is super responsive, friendly, and a great host. Absolutely worth it!

We had a great time! The cottage is cozy, clean and beautiful – a perfect place for a relaxing and active holiday. Oddgeir responds quickly and is very helpful. Recommended!

Åse and Alex have created a truly special place surrounded by forest and innately connected to nature. The cabin itself was beautifully designed and cosy, with a view out towards the private beach and sea. We felt immediately relaxed and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to Åse and Alex for being attentive and helpful host, giving recommendations for walks in the local area. I highly recommend.

Great view and big plus with sauna.

wonderful location and a unique experience. the second floor is a hassle with small children and the cabin is a bit hard to reach with a lot of luggage in snow season, something to be aware off. Cabin is not very big, but really well designed and a joy to be in. Overall very pleased and great communication and great service from host, who even drove up with firewood when I reported it had gone empty.
