On the way down to a nice swimming area, you can see and explore Southwest Norway's largest concentration of rock carving fields. Sheep and lamb can be experienced up close. Åmøy is also a good starting point if you want to visit famous places such as Utstein Monastery, Prekestolen, Sola beaches, Ørnhaug visitor farm, Kongeparken, etc.

Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in rural surroundings just by the sea and the beautiful Jærkysten. We have spent the winter of 2021 renovating the old cabin that has been here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy their stay here at Brekkekanten as much as we do. We have five bedrooms and a sofa bed that makes it possible for 10 people to stay here. In addition, you can borrow a baby bed and other necessary equipment for young children.

Within 1 hour by car you can reach the towns of Stavanger and Eigersund, or visit Månafossen and Kongeparken. It takes ca 1,5 hours by car to the parking at Preikestolen.
