Haugesund is located between Stavanger in the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen in the north (3 hours drive). From the cabin you have fantastic views of rough, untouched nature with heather, rocks and open sea. Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. Himmelhyttene si Tretopphytte Ørnablikk on Stord has a great view of western Norwegian forest wilderness, mountains, fjords and sea. You will experience close contact with nature, birds and animals. The cabin has been named Ørnablikk. At the cabin you can see nature below from the eagle's perspective and if you are lucky you will get very close to the eagle when it floats majestically over the treetops at the cabin. The cabin is located about 1 hour's walk through the forest.

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.

We've got several good hikes and interesting sites to recommend! 🙂 Our listing is perfect for two persons. We also welcome families with kids, but are not able to host larger groups. For groups of adults, maximum four persons.

Enjoy the amazing nature and views at Birdbox Arbakka, Tysnes. Here you will see the mouth of Hardangerfjorden, Kvinnherad-fjella, Ulvanos, Melderskin, Folgefonna and Rosendal. The overnight stay includes made beds, drinking water and general kitchen utensils. The box has electricity.
