Cabin vacation rentals in Ryfylke

We spent a weekend at Kjetil’s place and it was an amazing experience! The cabin is spacious (the rooms are actually bigger than how they look in the pictures), beautiful, complete with everything we needed, and not to mention, the JACUZZI which we enjoyed so much! We booked this place without any comment or reviews from others as this was a new listing back then, and we didn’t regret taking the risk. It was all worth it. Kjetil was very kind to help us with everything we needed, he was easy to communicate with, and the cabin is perfect for a big group like us — three families, with children and a 3-month baby. We’re hoping to come back here for next year’s winter season!

Verbrachten eine schöne Woche in einer entspannten Umgebung. Betten sehr bequem und auch das heulen der Huskys hin und wieder hatte seinen scharm. Kommen gerne wieder

The place is excellent. We love the fact that the house has a space outside for activities. Definitely a come again place for us.

Tommy‘s cabin is an extraordinary place and allowed us to enjoy Norway to the fullest: from swimming and catching cod in the fjord with the boat and sauna sessions to incredible hikes. We had an amazing time and hope to be back some day!

Rolf und Lenas Hütte ist wunderschön und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist einmalig! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Lena hatte uns einen Kaffee, Ostergebäck und frische Blumen zur Begrüßung hingestellt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche hier und haben sogar Polarlichter gesehen.

Wunderschöne, saubere Anlage, die die Möglichkeit bietet zu entspannen und die Insel mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Der begrenzte Platz in der Hütte ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend und bietet ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Vi tilbrakte en fantastisk helgetur på hytta. Hytta i seg selv er utrolig sjarmerende og ligger i et stille område med mange gode muligheter for dagsturer. Det var et perfekt sted for å komme seg ut av byen og kose seg i fjellet. Vi hadde ønsket vi hadde flere dager til! Til og med var Janneke og Martin utrolige hyggelige, kommuniserte raskt og sørget for at alt var i orden. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

The House is extremely beautiful with an amazing view over the fjord and the Mountainside. There are amazing hikes within a short drive as well as in Odda. Loved it.

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten totale Privatsphäre in dem Haus, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ole war immer zu erreichen und hat uns bei jeder Frage helfen können. Wir können diesen Ort absolut empfehlen, vor allem wenn man Ruhe und Natur sucht. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In einem fremden Land nach 2 Tagen Fahrt anzukommen und zu Hause zu sein, liegt vor allem an tollen Gastgebern wie Lillian und Stein. Selten haben wir so nette Menschen, die sich sehr bemühen, 110% Service anbieten und uneingeschränkt hilfsbereit sind, kennengelernt. Die Kommunikation war super, wir haben ausnahmslos und immer sehr schnell eine Antwort auf alle Fragen erhalten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ihrem wunderbaren Haus am Fjord. Es ist modern, mit allem top ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Danke Lillian und Stein, für euch nur das Beste!

Elisabet har en virkelig skøn hytte. Fantastisk udsigt og natur lige foran hytten og ud af de store vinduer. Hunvar hurtige til at svare på spørgsmål og vi havde en rigtig god løbende kontakt under opholdet. Stor anbefaling af hytte og Elisabet som vært.

We hebben een prima tijd gehad in het ons vakantieverblijf in Gjesdal! De locatie is mooi – omringd door heerlijke natuur, rust en prachtige uitzichten. Het huisje zelf was zeer netjes, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was schoon en netjes. Aan de buitenkant wel behoorlijk wat achterstallig onderhoud maar daar heb je geen last van. Vaidas, de verhuurder, was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We raden deze plek zonder twijfel aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen en authentiek verblijf in de Noorse natuur.

Helge är en mycket trevlig värd som välkomnade oss när vi kom. Stugan var otrolig mysig! Fullt utrustat kök och sköna sängar. Endel biltrafik förbi stugan, just för att Preikestolen ligger så nära. Trafiken störde inte oss - och läget kunde inte ha varit bättre. Vi har haft ett fantastiskt uppehåll och kan varmt rekommendera denna stuga!

So many things to say about this place! We felt home as soon as we arrived, it’s cosy, it was super clean. There is anything you need to cook, the view and outside are amazing, it is the perfect place to reconnect with the nature (even if there is WiFi and TV 😏) and to have a nice break in an amazing environment ! Totally recommended and we will be back ! Also Solvor is so friendly, and kind, and available. Well, it was just the dream renting for this weekend 😍

Superb cabin. Beautiful sea views from the deck and a nearby beach and marina for a swim. The huge space would house a whole family or more if needed. Lovely island location with views across the archipelago. Nearby supermarkets in Hjemelandsvagen. Close enough to Lysefjord for Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) hike. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hadde ei flott helg i nær avstand til Preikestolen. Et stykke å kjøre på smal vei, så smart å planlegge så man ikke må unødvendige turer tilbake til Jørpeland for å handle. Flott hytte som ligger privat til i ei hyttegrend. Vi var skikkelig heldig med været, og koste oss på de flotte uteområdene.

For en fantastisk plass! Bare helt nydelig og akkurat som på bildene. Hytten var kjempekoselig og nydelig plass i flott vær der en kan bade rett utenfor. I regnvær var det også veldig koselig å sitte inne og se ut på masse fisker i elva. Her vil jeg gjerne igjen - en skatt av ei perle. Inni hytten var alt det lille ekstra som gjorde det utrolig koselig. Sølvi marie var rask og hyggelig på tlf og håper å komme tilbake . Mvh Anita

Ein tolles, ruhiges Haus. Absolut zu empfehlen für Menschen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Der Blick auf den Fjord ist gigantisch. Das Haus ist super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Haus ist beim ersten Mal etwas abenteuerlich, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Ann Lisbeth war auch immer problemlos - sie hat innerhalb von Minuten reagiert auf Nachrichten. Nur etwas schade, dass wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Fjord – besser geht es nicht. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind hochwertig und sehr gemütlich. Besonders praktisch war die E-Lademöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Er war jederzeit hilfsbereit und professionell – wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt. 5 von 5 Sternen – wir wären am liebsten für immer dort geblieben!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der tollen Hütte. Die Hütte strahlt ganz viel Wärme und Behaglichkeit aus. Einen kleinen Willkommens-Gruß gab es genauso wie die Rückfrage, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Für unser erstes Norwegen 🇳🇴 Abenteuer hätten wir uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können. Uneingeschränkte 100%tige Weiterempfehlung!!

The sea view lodge is a place I’ll dream of for years to come. It’s the kind of listing that is even more stunning than the photos. It’s so beautifully decorated with the colours of its surroundings! I will never get over how peaceful and restful my experience was there. You will be SO glad you booked this idyllic cottage by the sea! Aina was so responsive throughout our stay and made me feel so taken care of. She was flexible with our arrival time and sent her son to greet us as she was out of town. The lodge has everything you could need, complete with an amazing view of the sea. We did hike Preikestolen and pop into Stavanger, but the main attraction was sitting in the window seat watching the waves and boats pass by. I ran to a nearby beach and enjoyed hiking down by the rocks on the coast. I miss it there already. Thank you so much, Aina and family. I am so grateful you share your home with all of us!
