We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. The house had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two living spaces, great games room. There was some noise from the neighbours but other than that it was a very relaxing stay.

Thanks Brooke for a wonderful and memorable stay at Simplicity Beach house. We enjoyed our weekend getaway in the spacious holiday home, in the quiet and peaceful surroundings. We appreciated the unique and personal touch you had added in your property, especially the decorations and book collections. Thank You!

Wow ... Amazing. Such a beautiful home with everything at your fingertips. The house was spotless. Sitting out on the deck surrounded by a beautiful garden was so relaxing. Very private surrounds and very peaceful. Barbara was an amazing host and I was so glad to get the chance of meeting with her. We stayed for 2 weeks which allowed us to enjoy the property fully. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Really well-equipped traditional holiday house feel which we appreciated. We appreciated that the house felt lived in and came with all the equipment that one would have at home. DVD's and CD's were great to have as well. Being able to have our two Dachshund's there helped so much as well. Much appreciated.

Glenys and Geoff were amazing hosts who provided extensive knowledge on the history and landmarks of Queenscliff. Their place was spotless, cozy and welcoming. Glenys provided a generous continental breakfast. The hot tub was an amazing touch and very private. Would definitely recommend the stay to anyone considering. :)

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Very comfortable, secure and clean place with all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable short stay. Parking was off the main road and secure behind a gate. Outside a path led for a pleasant 10 minute walk into the main street of Sorrento while a General store with excellent coffee was a 2 minute walk away.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt incredibly welcoming. It had all the little touches that make a stay feel special—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and even a welcome note! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. Whether I wanted to relax or head out exploring, it was the best of both worlds. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. They provided helpful local tips and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Duncan's apartment was so lovely.. It was modern and clean. It had everything you needed. The location is excellent as it's across the road from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach holiday.
