House vacation rentals in Rye Ocean Beach

A beautiful home that had something that appealed to everyone whether it was a heated pool to swim in at the end of May, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, beautiful inferior design details or the great selection of games and toys for the kids. We can't wait to come back.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is cosy, homey, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Communication was clear and easy—our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Sam's place was really great! Easy to drive to the hot springs and offered a really comfy and cosy stay after a day of hiking! Place was really clean with lots of amenities.

Anna’s place was a haven away from the busy city life. The house was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully presented with lovely touches and everything you’d need for a family beach holiday. Close to 16 Beach and there were also plenty of family friendly activities at the house - so need to leave! Loved that doggo could join us too.

We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. We had an amazing stay with 4 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The location provided easy access to surrounds.

Our family loved this coastal cottage in Rye and it was just perfect for the long weekend. It was incredibly well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The quiet location was great to easily get to the hot springs, beach walks, rock pools and pop across to Rye front beach for restaurants and shops when needed. We've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and without a doubt, this one is definitely in our top 3 :) Thank you Victoria

We stayed as a family of two adults and two young children, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Amanda’s place. The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, and our children were reluctant to leave—it truly felt like a home away from home. The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone. The room with the bunk bed was a particular highlight for the children—it served almost like a playroom, complete with toys and books that kept them happily engaged. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the house manual was easy to follow. Amanda was also very accommodating and flexible with the check-in and check-out timings, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more convenient. A car is essential for getting around. Families may wish to explore attractions such as local vineyards, Moonlit Sanctuary (en route to CBD), Big Goose, Dinosaur World etc.

It was our second time staying at Janelle's lovely home, and we will be going back for a third, fourth and more. It has a great location in a stunning and peaceful spot in Rye, and we love the proximity to the wild sights and scenery of this area. We especially love the feel and decor of Janelle's home; it's warm, stylish, and laid-back. The expansive back garden and peaceful front porch are a treat for a relaxed day or evening. Janelle is a great, communicative host, too. We would highly recommend Brewsters. It's one of our favourite homes and spots to stay on the Peninsula. Phil, Min and Amy.

Great house in a very peaceful location quick walk to beautiful beaches. House has everything you could possible need, short walk to general store that has everything. Could have stayed there for weeks, and not Leone anywhere. We had a great stay.
