House vacation rentals in Rye Ocean Beach

Property was exactly like described. Very homely and everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils. Property was clean & the main bedroom bed was super comfy. Nice outdoor area, we didn’t use the pool but would definitely book the property again for a summer weekend. Worth what we paid for our stay.

From the time of booking to the check out, Etem was a very co-operative host, who communicated promptly. The house itself was exactly as described & everything was presented & maintained very well. We loved it here & had a great time. Highly recommend it for large groups and/or families. Spacious, clean & well presented.

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the communication from our hosts.

This is a wonderful place close to Sorrento village and both the bay as well as the ocean beaches, yet quiet and tucked away to be peaceful. Everything was clean and well organised too. We would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

We loved our stay at smiths beach. We were down for a funeral and the house was a homely, friendly place to retire to at the end of the day…. oozing retro beach house charm that I hope never gets updated! I could hear the waves at night and slept extremely well.

Lovely weekend stay at Sam’s house. Beautiful quiet location, lovely clean house with cosy linen and blankets and very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Great place to stay for the weekend. Fireplace was cosy, deck was lovely to relax on. Very dog friendly, however not totally dog safe with no gate on the deck. Had all the essentials for a lovely Airbnb.

Beautiful house with lovely amenities and charming decor. Perfect escape for 3 Mums looking to relax for the weekend. Sitting under the tree canopy in the spa looking at the stars was heaven. So many thoughtful touches, bottle of wine, spa on, flexible check in and check out, super responsive host, we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. ❤️

Tess was so accommodating and super easy to communicate with when organising this place for my birthday weekend. The place itself was homey, cosy and spacious the perfect place to host a large group. Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.
