Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Rye Ocean Beach

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Jac and Tony’s. The view was incredible and the place clean and tidy. We felt like we were on top of the world…We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfy and warm. In a great location & has all the amenities you’d hope for when staying down the peninsula.

We only stayed one night but had a wonderful time! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was big and fully equipped. From the outside, the house looks a bit old, and the parking was a bit tricky — I have a Mazda 2 and the driveway was very steep, so the car struggled to climb it and I had to try a couple of times 😆. But inside, the house is modern and nicely furnished. We especially loved the fresh mandarins they had left for us — so tasty! The host was very kind and responded quickly. Also, it’s very close to the hot spring, which was a big plus!

Thank you for a beautiful getaway. Everything was very well catered for - loved the outdoor fire for our winter trip. Great queen sized bedrooms, with beautiful bedding. A very comfortable and easy place, highly recommend.

Lovely spot - lots of light and tree views, cozy fireplace, wood ceilings, amazing outdoor spaces to sit, and a cabin type feel overall. It is a bit rustic in terms of upkeep, but that mostly works with the cabin vibe. Can hear the ocean and feel the wind, very natural feeling place. Quick walk to the bluffs on the steep part of Rye back beach.

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed and Angela was the most amazing host. Felt right at home and location is great. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home that had something that appealed to everyone whether it was a heated pool to swim in at the end of May, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, beautiful inferior design details or the great selection of games and toys for the kids. We can't wait to come back.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. We had a wonderful stay, Darren was a great host. The house and gardens were beautiful, even better than the images. There is so much space and feels so calm and relaxing. The pool and spa combo is what makes this place and was exactly what we needed for an amazing weekend away. Beautiful private area, but easy to get to the beach and around Rye. Loved it.

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

Definitely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had, and I’ve had a few! The place is super clean, has everything you could possibly need and feels like home. Verve has also been really great to deal with communication wise, one of the guests caused some accidental damage and Michelle from Verve handled it so professionally, very grateful! Would 100% stay again.

Beautiful home, very suitable for large groups. I travelled here from Newcastle with 9 other girlfriends for a weekend away. We spent a day at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and being able to stay all together with a wine around the fire and a yummy dinner that we could all cook on the bbq and large kitchen. The house was immaculate and very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lovely pool and fireplace were a standout for us. Spacious, quiet and CLEAN! Friendly, prompt, and easy communication. I’ve never been to an air bnb where the wine glasses sparkle lol. Everything was just so clean. Our pup enjoyed running around in the front garden. Worth every cent and will be back for sure!!! Thank you for having us!!

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others! Place was very clean, comfy and thought of little things- ie phone chargers and shopping bags! Spa was lovely and place was very quiet and safe! We will be back!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

Lovely little room for a short stay. It was very cosy and Helen had the light on and heater going for when we arrived. Great location and had all the amenities we needed!
