Monthly Rentals in Ruston

Natalie + Levi were responsive, good communicators and very accommodating. Their place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supported with pots, pans, and misc spices and supplies. Water pressure was good in all bathrooms, showers and kitchen. Washer & dryer and dishwasher were new and easy to use. I didn't get into the hot tub, but family members did and loved it--what a nice touch. Anyways, I could go on--but in summary, if the location, size & price meet your needs, don't hesitate to stay--we loved it!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house was quaint and so well decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and plenty of room to hang and store our clothes for the week. We had everything we needed and more. The house was spotless. Monica thought of everything for her guests. We will definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to Tacoma. I highly recommend Monica for the entire experience!

Jennifer’s place exceeded our expectations. Her studio was perfectly cozy and the yard was so beautiful. We were able to walk out our door and enjoy all the activities of the area. So much to do and see in Ruston.

This place isn’t a 5 star hotel, but for the low price you pay, it’s the absolute best thing you can possibly get. Cheaper than even a 2 star hotel would’ve been for a 5 night stay and it was peaceful and quiet, and much cleaner than any hotel could be. The WiFi’s also faster than probably 3/4 of hotels out there (I was hitting 200mbps at times). Host was responsive and helpful, and I had no issues with my stay whatsoever. Free chicken: there’s a lovely little convenience store/coffee shop just a 3/4 min walk down the street and everyone there is very friendly! Stop by there if you stay here! 10/10 highly recommend.
