très beaux logements proposés par une hôte accueillante et facilement joignable. arrivée sans soucis car Annick était sur place. je recommande.

Le logement de Peter était encore mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. Un petit cocon, avec tout le nécessaire et aménagé avec goût. Peter a été aux petits soins et disponible. N’hésitez plus ! Encore merci à Peter.

Le gîte Matrieux est bien équipé et très confortable, la salle de jeux est un plus indéniable avec des enfants, les hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et sympathiques. Le seul bémol sera seulement le fait que nous entendons beaucoup les voisins du gîte attenant.

This is a little bit of heaven. If you're looking for somewhere to get away from everything (but still have enough to do), somewhere quiet (but still with lots going on) and somewhere that feels like a world away from stress and fuss (but still with Angoulême 30 minutes' drive away), you've found it. The house is spacious, warm and welcoming. There's everything you need (including a bottle of red when we arrived!) and restaurants and bars are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The dock at the back of the house on the river may be the best place ever to enjoy a coffee and watch the ducks or open a bottle in the evening. The best place we've found to de-stress. Love it.

Lovely place to stay, and pool very good. Small disadvantage that you can’t sit out in the sun in the evenings as outside space is on the other side of the building to the pool, but Paula a great host and very flexible/responsive to questions etc. Lots to do in the area. Would stay again.

We stayed for two weeks it was wonderful a real home from home. Howard and Shirley made us feel so welcome and shared their excellent knowledge of the area. We found everything to hand and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend family days at the Grand Etang, croissant and baguette from the village boulangarie and evening drinks in the Cafe Brocante in the village. Will definitely pop it on our list to return, many thanks to our lovely hosts

Tibère est très accueillant et très gentil. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, le petit feu à l'arrivée fait du bien et la vue est magnifique juste ce qu il fallait malgré le mauvais temps. Merci beaucoup pour ton accueil. Je vous recommande.

Perfect, perfect, perfect! We have had the most amazing week at Lilac Cottage! Phil & Maggie were amazing hosts, very attentive, and absolutely lovely. The cottage was gorgeous with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was also lovely and private and the selection of pool toys went down a treat with the kids. Maggie was always on hand if we needed any recommendations of where to go to see the local area . Overall a fantastic stop off as part of our mini French adventure. Would highly recommend!
