10/10 fantastic stay. lovely space private and secluded with a great view of the farm grounds. check in was easy and hassle free. space was clean and tidy. beautiful space everything has it's place and works great. the round door entrance makes Jo's place really gave me and my partner a Hobbit Hole feeling thanks Jo

The Little Loft was such an amazing place to stay - peaceful and surrounded by birdsongs. We had it as a base whilst visiting Hereford, Hay and Pen y fan - all of which were within an hour's drive. The loft was very clean, tidy and comfy. It also had access to a private garden where we enjoyed the view of the hills and fields whilst drinking tea.

A perfect stay, there was not a single negative thing I could say about this lovely place! We were looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings and The Annexe delivered this fully. The decor felt both luxurious and homely, and there were plenty of practical features such as a light in the cool wardrobe. We brought our own ingredients and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for us to prepare meals. We enjoyed walks in the fields and footpaths nearby; it is relatively remote but good for those who enjoy the faint sound of sheep, cows, and geese, and have a good pair of hiking boots. On a rainy day there are books, games, a smart TV, or fast WiFi for our own devices. And to top it all off you have a friendly, informative, and responsive host who went above and beyond our expectations. Book this place for a peaceful getaway in beautiful surroundings!
