Monthly Rentals in Rowarth

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Curlew Lodge. It's set in a beautiful area, which is within close range of lots of lovely walks and short drives from local towns. The lodge is cosy, very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

From opening the door for the first time it is clear that Ann takes great pride in her accommodation and wants her guests to feel welcomed and at home, when we arrived we found everything to be spotless, neatly appointed and fresh. The facilities were fantastic, beds really firm and comfortable making for a great nights sleep. Ann is extremely responsive and communicative, even ahead of our visit she was in touch a couple days before to check in with us and was as flexible as she could be on arrival time. We had one minor issue during the first night of the stay which was immediately resolved with Ann, who got back to us within minutes of us reaching out to her and went beyond expectations to restore parity even on an Easter Weekend. I would recommend this accommodation it is ideally placed for the Peak District, central Manchester and has a host of local activities and amenities nearby, whilst being in a quiet peaceful area of Romily meaning you can simply relax after a long day.

Fantastic quirky flat with amazing views. It was no trouble that there wasn't parking as the car park is right across the track and if you go on the app you can enter the number of days - so it worked out at £10.40 for up to 4 days so not an issue at all. I hadn't realised there was no TV (my fault for not checking) but it was no issue as the internet is really good, so next time we would just take the laptop if we want to watch a film etc. The beds are super comfy, the bathroom is lovely and modern with an excellent hot powerful shower. The area is super, literally 20 secs walk down to the river - then turn right along to the Millennium bridge which is fantastic. the village also has everything you could need. We would 100% recommend this lovely place to stay and hope to be back one day
