In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

Welcome to our beautiful design apartment in the heart of Rotterdam. The ideal retreat to come to relax and rest after a day in the bustling city. The great little balcony is overlooking the gardens. The large and light space includes a living area with airconditioning, smart tv, kitchenette, bed room, and a small shower and toilet. Other features include an Nespresso coffee machine and high speed wifi.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
