Great place to stay at! Was nice and clean, looked exactly like the photos and had all the ammenities listed. Jordan was very accomodating, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!!!!

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. Well presented, low maintenance home with character. The comms and location were fantastic and the geothermal heating made it cozy. The outdoor Ngawha is a special touch. Will definitely be back and rebook again. Ngā mihi!

A beautiful place! Surrounded by nature and still close to the city. The heater was already on when we arrived, which was perfect as it was a bit cold. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

We had the coziest stay here! The area was quiet and private, but close to everything we needed. The spa and backyard area was really nice to have, too :) we highly recommend El Mexicano Zapata, a mexican restaurant near the downtown area!!! Fe was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

We are a family of four with two school aged children. We stayed for a week and absolutely loved our time in Portia’s house. Portia was friend and helpful and when a storm was forecast she proactively reached out to make sure we knew, and give suggestions for indoor activities in Rotorua. There was also a helpful guest book with local information. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a HUGE living space, and comfortable bedrooms. The house is elevated and with good privacy, and wonderful sun streaming in each morning. The huge backyard is fully fenced and perfect for kicking a call around. Being so close to the Forrest allowed us to do walks and biking easily. Thank you Portia for a lovely stay.

Appreciative of how super clean everything was. Quiet neighborhood. The layout of the 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly for our family of 5. Very close drive to the main area of Rotorua. Highly recommend this place!

Spotless house, I recommend staying at Ashley's place. Good for families and small groups All rooms are spacious and comfortable to move around. There's no extract fan in the kitchen so better to cook with back door open. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely flat, in a perfect location. There’s nowhere better to stay in rotorua. Kristin was a great host, responsive and has brilliant recommendations on things to do.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ali’s “Little Gem” - very comfortable, great kitchen, close to town but also very peaceful surroundings. Ali was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for local cafés and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends.

The place was clean and easy to find, with a convenient location near the city centre. The hosts were fantastic—they welcomed us upon arrival and clearly explained the check-in process, as well as recommended nearby restaurants. The property looked exactly like the photos.

Quiet and peaceful stay, especially after an action filled day in Rotorua. Close enough to everything yet tucked away in a quiet street. Well thought out and you have everything you need. Thank you for having us.

A lovely location about 5 mins drive out of the main town. Stay in an undercroft with a great view for a couple drinks on the balcony. Great to have a washing machine available.

Jo and Murray’s studio is just what we wanted. A very quiet, comfortable and relaxing place. It’s also a great location. Murray was incredibly helpful with ideas for exploring the Rotorua area and we really appreciated his help!

We had a terrific stay at Shelley's apartment. We appreciated being a little out of town in a quiet area with great views. Th location is still within easy reach by car from anything that you would want to do around Rotorua but with more privacy and calm than a city accomodation. The apartment is great - all the furnishings and facilities are high quality. The two bedrooms are not large but roomy enough for two and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and there is a well appointed kitchen area - we had most of our meals in the apartment. Just like eating at home. Shelly is a great host - very friendly and responsive with communications. A very helpful person.

Susanne is very kind. She answered all my questions warmly. Also, the place is perfect for tourist. I could find the door easily and many places are within walking distance. She gave me a handwritten map. It was great moment to stay here.

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

Great space - excellent location! Comfortable and nice touches. No hair dryer available but other than that it has exceeded our expectations. Lovely venue! Will stay again.

A very central and convenient location in Rotorua, within a couple of minutes drive of shops, restaurants and parks, and flat enough that you could walk to these places (and the lake) in 10-20 minutes. The apartment is great for 2-4 people, with a good kitchen for cooking comfy beds.
