Apartment vacation rentals in Rotorua

Located close to the restaurant section and the nice lake shore park.

Our original Airbnb was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by the owner, however Susan was immediately in touch and provided alternative recommendations. This apartment was wonderful! The photos do not do it justice and the place is huge. While located above businesses, we never experienced any street noise. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

We were in town for the Tarawera race and this place was like 2 minutes from the start line. It had a nice kitchen, living room, and washer in the garage which were all very clean and nice. Upstairs the bedroom was nice and the bed pretty comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was very useful being so close to the start. If i had a couple of criticism it would be how hot the upstairs bedroom got. The aircon was in the downstairs and there wasnt even a fan in the bedroom. I didn't like the pillows in the bedroom and woke up with a bad neck. But overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient and communication with our host was very good.

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It was as described. For us this time, the location was an important decision factor in selecting accommodation. We needed an accommodation within our budget that is within short walking distance to the Rotorua iSite visitor information centre so that we could catch the tour bus to Hobitton next morning. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Sylvana sent us check-in information way ahead of time. They also very quickly resolved our parking issue when we found a different car was parked on our parking spot. Besides, it's conveniently located close to all local amenities like Woolworths, service station, fast food or restaurants. So, it works out whether you're eating out or not. Overall, we had a pleasant two nights stay at this place.

Great apartment. Actually better than photos. Woolworth is just across the street and a laundry place is 3-4 min walk (you of course pay as it is not part of apartment). So very convenient. All attractions were within 10-12 min drive. Host is very responsive too. Only issue some may feel is the noise from the road but in the night it is ok as there are not that many cars on road.

Such a great location and place. Host super responsive and friendly. I had a question about the heater (even though actually it was warm enough) and she responded within minutes and then a few minutes later someone knocked on the door to help me in person. Beds were super comfy. Such great value for my son and I - definitely will use it again.

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

Great 3 bedroom apartment that’s close to town. Lots of room in lounge for our 7 year old to play. Private outdoor area at the back of the apartment. Easy to find location.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured! It’s spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. And the host is very nice. ☺️ I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rotorua!

A clean, well provided, very quiet property, which was in close driving proximity to the main areas of Rotorua. exactly what we wanted. we would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful loft well appointed, cosy, stylish and in vogue with memorabilia of Lake Tarawera. Enjoyed the park like setting, my dog loved it & his basket plus doggy snacks. Enjoyed the eggs x

Nice apartments In a quiet street very close to the many city of Rotorua. And lots of places to dine in eat street. The apartments was spacious and well presented. We had one of the back apartments so our car was completely hidden from the street.

Nice place, lovely and helpful-waited for us to check in. Had air conditioning on when we arrived so room was cool. Good kitchen facilities and lots of milk.

We really loved our stay here, unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t get out and about like we’d hope too, however we had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful loft. Lovely touches like the home made ginger crunch, muesli, a range of spreads for toast. Very roomy for two people, and of course the spa is a great edition. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rotorua.

We had a fantastic stay at Rose Apartments! The place is very nice, with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and large bedrooms—all immaculately clean. It’s located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Grant was an excellent host who was very attentive to our needs and flexible with checkin. The place was very clean and actually bigger than the pictures provided. It was in a great location where we were able to walk to a nearby park with hot springs and a beautiful lake, as well as great restaurants and stores. Had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!
