Vacation rentals with a patio in Rotorua

Leani’s airbnb was super clean and cosy. It was so nice to arrive and find everything spotless (one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed at!) and equipped as needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was very easy to find given the photos on the listing and the instructions on accessing the Airbnb were easy to follow. Leani was also proactive at reaching out to check if we needed anything while still giving us privacy.

Tina’s place was exactly as advertised. Tastefully furnished, well equipped and clean and tidy. She was super helpful and quick to respond when I was looking for ideas for things to do, and places to go. I had a very relaxing time here and would definitely come back.

We really loved our stay here, unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t get out and about like we’d hope too, however we had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful loft. Lovely touches like the home made ginger crunch, muesli, a range of spreads for toast. Very roomy for two people, and of course the spa is a great edition. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rotorua.

My group of 5 loved the space so much that we ended up staying indoors a lot to enjoy it properly. We especially loved lounging and napping in the sunny nook, and really appreciated the electric blankets that kept us warm at night. It’s also a great location - 7mins drive to the town centre, Kmart etc, and 15 mins to the redwoods. Would totally come back again!

Huge one bedroom style home with plenty of room to lounge. Modern bathroom with a large shower. Plenty of appliances if you need to warm up food. Fresh coffee to brew in the morning. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to the main tourist attractions. Very helpful when weather delayed our arrival.

Lovely house in a quiet area with everything you need, big garden, toys for kids and beach towels. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Perfect for 6 people. Convenient to reach all the sites of Rotorua. Craig is a lovely host, who responds very quickly to all questions and is really forthcoming! We would be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just the right size for the four of us. Cozy, clean, and super comfortable. It’s well equipped with almost everything you need, from kitchen utensils to other home essentials, which made our stay really convenient and enjoyable. But the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sight of the open fields, with a peaceful cow farm nearby, and even a beautiful lake visible from afar. It truly felt like a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Huge thanks to the host for making everything so smooth. We’d definitely love to come back!

What a fantastic stay we had over the weekend. We have a 4 couples and 3 kids and the house was just perfect. Lots of space for us all. Super clean and tidy - you really couldn't ask for more. Facilities were excellent, great kitchen and BBQ and the large dining table (8) and bar stools (3) were just perfect for us. House was presented exceptionally well and everything you could ask for and more. A very enjoyable weekend and thankyou Kylie for being such a welcoming host! Highly recommend!
