La Burgundy is a near new house that is part of a private subdivision about one kilometre from the square. Guests have the use of the communal 20 metre, salt water heated swimming pool (closed between Easter and Labour weekends) and tennis court and an enclosed trampoline, which are a two minute walk from the property. The open plan living area flows onto a large sunny deck, great for entertaining and relaxing with a glass of wine. Comes with heating/air con, wifi and a well equipped kitchen.
