Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Rotonda West

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Maja's place. This was our third time visiting the area and by far the nicest place we've stayed in yet. The house itself was just as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard, and the inside was spotless, modern, roomy and loaded with everything you need. The outside area was just as nice. Great oversized pool area, with plenty of seating options for lounging by (or in) the pool, or dining outside. The garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and even bikes for riding in the neighborhood and on the miles of bike trails that were just around the corner and ran behind the house. The house was also in a great location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend Maja's place to anyone looking for a beautifully maintained home in a convenient location, and would absolutely book here again.

We had an awesome stay! The house is on a quiet street with no traffic and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house is spotless and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The appliances are all new and there are plenty of cookware and utensils. We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool area. It’s very peaceful and lots of wildlife to see in the back yard. There’s an outdoor cooking area and TV out there The house is located about 20 minutes away from Boca Grande and Englewood Beach. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

My daughter, 2 young grandchildren and I wanted a place where we could relax after fun-filled days of visiting family and going to the beach. This home more than met our expectations! We loved the pool! The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were so clean and spectacular! Oleg was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. We had one problem with a broken lock on a sliding door, and Oleg came out immediately to fix it after I reached out to him. I can't say enough good things about this home away from home, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay while in SW Florida with close by pristine beaches. Heaven really is a place on Earth, and this place is it! Spotless, beautiful house with lots of privacy and 17 min to Manasota Key. Kids absolutely loved it. We ended every day of advenduring with night swimming fun. Very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 8 days in this beautiful home. Communication with Alicia was easy and she was always timely with responses. Home had all the comforts needed. Kitchen was well appointed and even had a lot of the basic items that made it very easy to use from the start, (ie. plastic wrap,foil, sandwich bags and spices & oil.) great beach umbrella and nice beach chairs and cooler. The pool was very clean and the patio area was the place we spent many hours. Would definitely stay again with this host 🏝️😎

Julia’s place was fantastic! Had my guys down from Michigan for a golf outing and had a wonderful time! Beautiful home!

Anna was a wonderful host and her home was perfect! It was very clean and well stocked with necessities! The pool area is very spacious and a great place to relax after a long day! Anna was very quick to respond to any messages or questions I had!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

Very happy with the stay! The place was cozy, the lanai was incredible, and all the spaces were nicely organized. Would have liked a fan on the lanai, as it was quite hot, and maybe a small oven would have been useful. Other than that, it was a great stay. The area was extremely quiet, which was great.

This is a very charming apartment. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is so pretty. High ceilings, wood floors, comfortable couch and bed. There were fresh flowers in the rooms! The bathroom is large and squeaky clean.The AC was cool and crisp which was lovely at the end of a long fossil hunting day trip. The hosts really put some time in creating a lovely home. Dan is lovely and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment should you be in the Port Charlotte area.

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely little spot to stay. Very clean, peaceful and quiet. I found the location to be great also. Close to a lot of stuff.

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!
