Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Rotonda West

We had a great time at the Villas. This neighborhood is very peaceful and has all you need. We enjoyed being able to go to the pool and hot tub. The location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. Bea was quick to communicate and was helpful. Will be coming back.

We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

We loved staying at Chris’s place overlooking the Mayakka River. It’s the perfect place to escape. We live in a city with constant noise so we loved the peace and quiet - the water lapping the shore was so calming!! The lovely pool was a decent size, with plenty of chairs and loungers. The house was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. Communication from Chris was easy and efficient.

The unit is centrally located with restaurants all around you. Easy access and great for multiply guests. Units are brand new remodeled and very clean.

We felt right at home during our stay at Danene’s beautiful condo! It was well equipped with things you need for an extended stay. The pictures on her listing are exactly as posted. No clutter and beautifully decorated. We felt safe walking everyday around the community and everyone was so friendly. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and used it almost every day. The location was only a 10 minute drive from a great shopping area. We are new to being snowbirds and spent 45 days at this condo and will definitely look at going back again. A great place to stay to explore this beautiful side of Florida!

Totally enjoyed our 10 days at McGill's condo. The lanai was huge and very comfortable. Everything was clean and organized with a kitchen that included all we needed for cooking in. Access to the beach was easy and there was a well stocked cabinet next to the elevator with beach chairs and accessories. Transportation via free shuttles was convenient but we were also able to walk to the village in 15-20 minutes. If you are here on Sunday evening be sure to join the drum circle across the street on the beach. Finally, McGill was always quick to answer questions and make our stay as smooth as possible. We will return.

This place and the community was fabulous! We have young kids and it was perfect. The condo was in great shape- nice and comfortable furniture, spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen with appropriate amount of kitchen fixtures. Our kids loved the pool, a little too much! The community was quiet and everyone was friendly. It is a little bit of a hike, about 15 minutes to get to the beach, but the place had a big beach cart to use so that helped to lug everything. We will keep this place in mind if we venture down to Siesta again!

We stayed for a little over two weeks and never wanted for a thing. The condo was spotless, the property was very walkable, and the amenities were fantastic. The pool, the fitness center, the tennis and paddle ball courts, and the sidewalks around the property allowed for walking. The lanai is perfectly placed for sunsets and the pond has at least three alligators that also provided entertainment. Nicole was very responsive via text and offered solutions to our every question.

Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

This was our first time to Siesta Key so we weren’t disappointed. . We didn’t get into late and in the dark the place was a little harder to find. The pool is a good landmark. Eric had the home feeling welcoming upon arrival. There was complimentary champagne, red wine, cold waters, and candies. Plenty of towels including a few for pool and beach. Was nice to sit out on the patio in the morning and enjoy the sunshine and some coffee. It was about a mile walk down to the Village where most of the shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do were, but it was an easy walk and/or short trolley ride to get there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

The location was great, close to village as well as crescent beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, and excursions close by. Private beach which is wonderful, they offer umbrella rentals for a very reasonable price. Two pools which allowed for plenty of space as neither pool was crowded. The condo came with adequate linen/towels with an exchange halfway through the week which was great. There were extra beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler in the closet we found a few days in that came in handy.

This was an amazing condo for our family trip! Pictures and listing were very accurate and it was so lucky to find a property on Siesta Key that was actually on the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! The beach is stunning and the two pools are wonderfully maintained Some things worth mentioning (they are disclosed in the listing) - you must provide your own beach/pool towels but there are plenty of shopping options nearby - beach chairs are free and located once you get down to the beach - for a fee, you can reserve/rent an umbrella and have it set up for you during your stay. The guys are out there early (7-7:30am) but then come in around lunch time so if you want an umbrella, I suggest going out in the morning to get it setup - dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap are provided but you’ll need to purchase everything else (salt/pepper, spices, oil, ziplocks, shampoo/conditioner, etc). Super central location and very secure property! Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is clean, included everything necessary for a comfortable stay in it. There were all the cleaning products: for the kitchen, bath, washing powder. Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels. There were two chic chairs for the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes by car to the beach. Across the road is a grocery store. The only minus for us was the dull knives. Overall, everything is great, I recommend it.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

We had a great stay in Siesta Key. The grounds were beautifully kept. Pool right out the back door. Quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. Great week, can’t wait to go back.

We were able to rent all four units with a group of four families. It was PERFECT for us! Everyone had their own “space” but the shared courtyard and pools allowed a place to gather. Walking distance to captain curts etc, close to beach. Provided beach towels and beach gear were great. We also brought our four legged family member, always a plus! Would definitely stay here again!!

I found this place to rent at last minute as I had an emergency trip to Florida due to my mom not doing well and was taken into the hospital and ended up really liking it. It’s super clean, cute and cozy. It’s perfect size for 2 people as I had my sister with me as well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Everything is stocked from dishes to coffee pot, to towels and extra blankets if needed. The hosts responded to my couple concerns in a timely fashion. I would definitely consider staying here again as it’s super convenient and in a great location to restaurants, grocery stores and even the hospitals.

Fantastic home! The home is absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. Great attention to detail in this home and everything is labeled for ease of use. The kitchen is functionally designed and beautifully stocked with appliances and dishes. The walk in showers are like being at a luxurious spa. The pool/lanai area is fantastic overlooking the River/bay. Enjoyed grilling/smoking meat on the grill/smoker provided and eating on lanai to enjoy the great Florida weather. The home is close to beach, shopping, and many other fun activities. We especially enjoyed a day picking blueberries at a nearby farm and making blueberry ice cream in the provided ice cream maker. After days at beach or out, it is relaxing to get in pool or spend time in conversation around the fire pit near the dock. Lanson and Allison were wonderful hosts providing great detail to making our stay special. There is a lot to do in the Ft Myer area; however, it is a luxury vacation just staying at Kokomo Del Sol!

Jesse was a very nice host. We noticed that there was no grill and let him know and he brought one over the next day. The stove went out and he brought us a table top cooker until the next day when the gas company came out to turn the gas back on. Jesse always stressed if you need anything call.

Great place, even better location! Being a mile away from the beach was absolutely amazing and coming home to a large kitchen and pool, was the cherry on top!

Matt’s place is excellent. Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Matt was super responsive and helpful. Easy drive to anywhere. 1.25 mile walk to Fisherman’s Pier. We’d stay here again, for sure.

We very much enjoyed Jeff’s Condo and shared it with some of our adult children. Had some issues with the TV’s at first and he worked on getting it right on his end till it was resolved, very thankful for that. Was also very comfortable for our little Yokie-Poo!!!! Great place!! Thanks Jeff
