We've just had a wonderful stay at the Old Coo Shed! The place was spotless on arrival, with thoughtful welcome touches like fresh eggs and some homemade biscuits and jam which were delightful! We loved the decor and the attention to detail, the bed was super comfy and spacious The location is stunning, peaceful and scenic - a great place for disconnecting and resetting. It’s close enough to the local village for anything you need but far enough to feel like a true retreat. Mark and Kate have done an exceptional job developing the Old Coo Shed with such care and passion. They are incredibly friendly and responsive, Mark kindly took the time to walk us around on arrival, explaining everything and introducing us to their lovely farm animals, which was a real highlight. We would highly recommend the Old Coo Shed to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

Had such a lovely time at The Bothy at Brylach Steading! Sharon and her husband were great hosts and the atmosphere was amazing. So peaceful and cozy, there was even a tree that they put up for the festive season, and when I got a little head cold while I was visiting, Sharon dropped off some medicine for me since the pharmacies were closed which felt so above and beyond and kind! There is plentiful firewood there for purchase for the wood stove and the bed was so comfy. I loved the quiet and the stars were outrageous! I couldn’t imagine a more idyllic place to spend Christmas. Thank you Sharon!!!

Very comfortable house which entirely suited our needs as a convenient centre for touring Speyside and walks along the river.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment! The layout was great and such an efficient use of space. Hosts were lovely and communication was always quick and helpful! Short walk to many places! Thanks for the great stay!
