Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Roskilde

I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Morten's summerhouse. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The garden is large and private. On top of that we loved the styling of the interior. There are two ferries to the island, we only used the one to Hammer-Bakke. It runs every 20 minutes and only takes 6-8 minutes to cross. At ±€15,- for a return ticket it might sound pricey but the convenience is absolutely worth it. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Copenhagen but want a calm and quiet place to stay, surrounded by some beautiful nature. I can't recommend this place and Morten enough, we'd love to return someday.

Super cozy home and delicious large garden. Glad we had to bring a dog. Nice natural area nearby. The house was a little dusty, maybe needed vacuuming before we arrived. It's hard to fit the trash in the trash can by the road. But otherwise we have been very satisfied with the place. Highly recommend and we would love to come again.

Lea is a great host. She answered all the questions we asked and was helpful. The house is magnificent, the neighborhood we stayed in is calm and away from the noise of the city. Definitely a place we would recommend staying if you have a car. If you don't have a car, it can be difficult with public transport.

We really enjoyed our stay at Erik's home. It was a great home base for our day trips to Billund, Copenhagen, and Kronburg Castle. The accommodations were perfect, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We especially loved the coffee machine! Erik was always responsive and helpful.

Line's place in Frederiksberg, Denmark is indeed a hidden gem. It is unique, rustic, and in a calm, quiet, and beautiful surrounding, yet close to the city. Line is a very friendly and awesome host. We checked in a bit late and she waited to show us around and tell us about the place. We had a nice time at her place.

Wonderful little summer house on the beach. Perfect for families, beautiful surroundings and the house itself is the true definition of Hygge ✨️💛. We travelled with 2 small children and they felt right at home. The kitchen has everything for a confortable stay, we ended up cooking every night and enjoying the beautiful views. The house is very warm and we enjoyed sitting by the fire at night. Praestø is also a very nice little town and there's lots to see in the surroundings. We went almost daily to Copenhagen which is an easy drive from the house. Communication was outstanding, Gry our host was kind, friendly and always very responsive. Thank you so much for the magical stay! We will be back for sure 💛

We were very warmly welcomed and were shown the beautiful surroundings on a small tour of the grounds by Tina. The accommodation is very comfortable and lovingly equipped and offers plenty of space. The apartment is flooded with light through large glass windows and glass doors. There is a cozy seating area outside right in front of the living-dining area with a large table to eat there. We enjoyed the tranquility and the enchanting polyphonic bird concert very much. Tina and her husband are very friendly and helpful. In the morning, Tina hung delicious croissants on the door. We felt wonderfully spoiled all around! This place offers a great starting point for excursions into nature in the immediate vicinity, but also for activities in Roskilde and Copenhagen. The apartment appears as in photos. Kitchen and bathroom, etc. are tip top. But the location (or place) is characterized by the fact that it is an area under renovation, which is why everything right outside the door is pretty uncharitable - opposite the apartment inside. For me, the place was perfect, as I travel alone on a business trip and have the racing bike and have other priorities in relation to surroundings than if I was away with the wife: -)

Yvonne is a wonderful and very friendly hostess. Everything was sparkling clean, towels and bedding were included as standard. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine and a bag of chips were ready. The coffee (quick filter grind as well as coffee powder) was also part of the standard equipment. All in all, definitely worth repeating

We were satisfied with the stay, which went smoothly and well. Theis was welcoming and quick to answer our questions. The apartment had what we needed and there was a nice light in it.

very nice and friendly host. Even though we were late for check out, she was very understandung, calm and kind with us. The house was clean, very well accessible and parking plots was a big plus. overall, everything was very well.

Beautiful apartment! The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom very spacious. We parked the car in front of the house and took the bus to the city center (in front of the house). The environment is very beautiful and peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We did not meet Rezkar but the message contact was very nice and easy. The place is perfect for a family of 4. It's comfortable and enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the room, access to toys, and the playground in the shared garden. The train station is quickly and easily accessible on foot. There are trains very regularly and in 15 minutes we are in the city center (free if you take the Copenhagen card). There are also shops right next door. Everything was perfect!

A lovely basement apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Copenhagen.Beamed ceilings, comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries supplied and a quiet garden space to the rear where you can meet the cats and rabbits.Beautifully decorated , it is such a cosy and welcoming place to come back to after a day in the city. It is also extremely conveniently situated for the bus stop from the airport and for the journey into the centre. Thank you Helle, for a wonderful stay.

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

Anders apartment was beautiful and in a great location to easily access Copenhagen. Anders was so helpful and kind in arranging recommendations and assisting with any questions. The apartment beds are super comfortable with clean linens and nice cozy couch. Make sure to explore all the side streets nearby and go to other neighborhoods outside of the city center! We have an infant and the apartment is accessible and quiet. Anders even setup a crib and high chair for us.

Charlotte was a wonderful host. Proactive, responsive, and she shared lots of local tips for transportation, restaurants, and sights. The location was terrific, allowing me easy access to the city and it’s offerings. Although downtown, the few stairwells quickly brought you up from the street to a clean, quiet, well-appointed place. I would certainly stay again and thanks for making my visit to Copenhagen a great experience all around! Grazie!

This was a great fit for us. We enjoy spending te in a beautiful, peaceful setting with animals nearby. The space had everything we needed and was a good starting location for the sights we saw in Roskilde, Lejre and Mons Klint.
