Private suite vacation rentals in Roseville

Had to make a last minute trip to CA. this was my second time staying at Sergueis! both times it has been clean and comfortable! And is close to everything! definitely worth the stay!

Every bit as nice as my first stay at this location (2023). Very welcoming and well-kept. In fact , the fence and entry gate had just been painted prior to our arrival. They've taken care of all the little details, with a bottle of water and packages of snacks available and even a selection of cables for charging phones. I just hope it's available, again, the next time we visit!

Omgosh this place is so cute. I came in town to visit family by myself and I felt very safe. I used the pool everyday. I will for sure be back. Very nice and helpful host.

It is worthy to stay here. We have everything we need. Only the problem is the air conditioning is controlled by the central system, we couldn’t close it. It is just our problem. The host has stated clearly. They are very trustworthy, just read the description carefully.

Colleen was a great host and communicated quickly regarding any questions we had. Airbnb was in a great location with all the amenities we needed. Things were easy to locate since there were labels throughout the Airbnb showing their location. Parking was great and it was a very quiet neighborhood.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful accommodation. I stayed here for almost two months as I was a visiting PhD student at UC Davis. The place is clean and you get to have a separate bathroom and bedroom for yourself. An ideal place for a student. And I got to visit their lovely restaurant situated in Davis downtown area. The food there is very nice. Nanda and his wife are extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! Cybil's place is quiet, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived on a very hot afternoon, Cybil had turned on the air conditioning and it was such a nice relief to come into a cool space. The shower is incredible and the bed was very comfortable. The listing is exactly as described and this is an all-around delightful spot to stay. I would stay again in a hearbeat!

Every room was absolutely pristine, everything was beautiful, the host was very helpful, and the private patio area was a nice spot to relax. 10/10

It’s the kind of place you want to keep secret! We loved it and will certainly stay again. The only note (not worth taking away stars): The bed is SMALL. I think it’s a full size bed.

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

Lovely stay - I’m so glad I chose to stay here versus a hotel. I knew I wasn’t going to cook so having a mini fridge and microwave made it easy to bring home leftovers from all the wonderful local restaurants that were walking distance. I also loved that F45 was literally across the street so it was super easy to keep up with a workout schedule. It does get a little loud late night due to the surrounding bars, but the noise machine and earplugs were clutch and I never felt unsafe either. Would stay again!!!

this place was great for my family for the weekend. both hosts super friendly and quick to respond, place was clean and had small details we appreciated that most stays don't, walkable to a park for my 3 year old, and location was great. would stay again 10/10¡

Our stay was perfect. Situated close to relatives and easy to get to. We utilized the pool and walking paths and our family was welcomed. We will definitely visit again!

First of all, the bed is unbelievably comfortable! The space is beautiful, clean, and roomy. I had everything I needed and the hosts were so helpful with all my questions. I was a little worried about not being able to control the air conditioner but they keep it at a very comfortable temperature of 75 which was perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful, and quiet. Had a great stay here

Sandeep and Pooja’s place was so easy to find. He had clear instructions on how to get inside of the home and was quick to respond, I will most definitely consider staying there once I’m back in town!! Loved it!!

We rented the whole house next door so please refer to our review on there. We rented the house for almost 6 weeks and this 1 bed for a week in parallel. Both are absolutely perfect, I would say among the top airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. If you get the opportunity, definitely pick them as your stays in Folsom. This place is absolutely lovely! My parents visited and stayed for a week, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to navigate by car. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, private, and comfortable, with its own entrance. Luis was warm and welcoming but also respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. I’d love to stay here again in the future!
