Johannes’ property was amazing! Very cozy, clean and very comfortable. It made us feel right at home. Quick responses to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a cute and quaint place to stay for our friend’s wedding, which was less than 10 minutes away. Great private location with delicious spots in town for food. Very easy check-in/out. A full-length mirror or just any additional beside the bathroom would have been nice. Also, (not necessarily a negative) the host did not personally reach out at all beforehand or to welcome us, etc., which I have found helpful in past stays. Great for what it is and would recommend!

Clean place, within walking to midtown, host flexible with changing checkin/checkout times, easy in/out door lock - would recommend to anyone in Sac!

Brittany’s place was the perfect home base for our stay in Sacramento. Clean and tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet, private, and felt very safe. We’d absolutely stay here again if it’s available!

Cozy place with a good layout offering privacy between the rooms especially if someone needs to do some wfh, comfortable king bed and even the rollaway, both with the best white soft bed linens! There are sounds of walking or occasional appliances from the adjacent duplex yet overall it’s very quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood.

Great stay on short notice. Beautiful home. Going through a difficult time and though it’s a small thing, the ginger ale in then fridge reminded me of how much I loved it as a kid. It helped me through a rough night. Thank you.

We booked a last minute stay this weekend and Yuliya was very quick to respond to our needs & messages! The place was beautiful inside & out. As soon as we walked in the place smelled beautifully & was spotless. Despite it being in front of the freeway, we barely noticed the noise & really enjoyed our stay!

The home was perfect, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our home away from home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home--pool, hot tub, tvs, arcade, putting green, fire pit, games, sitting areas, keurig, room to spread out. The home was very clean and all the appliances were in working order. Decor of the home was so bright and cheerful. Clear instructions were provided days before checking in to when we had to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and a short distance away from all the things we wanted to do in Sacramento. Now the host, wow, Rashad was above and beyond an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful for any questions or help we needed. I highly recommend him and this home, and will absolutely love to return in a future visit. Thank you Rashad, this was a truly wonderful stay.

Beautiful beautiful home! My family stayed here because it was close by to my wedding venue at Black Oak Mountain Vineyard. Everyone felt comfortable and right at home. The space was very clean and the hot tub was great at the end of the night. Highly recommend to a large family or group

Great stay! Was able to accommodate us EXTREMELY last minute for the canyons ultra marathon. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, easy to get in and out of, located by tons of restaurants and stores.

This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

Amazing stay at the Oasis. Everything was clean and the house had everything for a great stay. We had a special party for our son and the open family room and huge kitchen island and seating was great. As well as the outdoor spaces offering comfortable seating.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

Beautiful Home! I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend ! The backyard set up was very beautiful and the hot tub was very relaxing :) this home has everything you need and stores are just down the street, everything is super close and very convenient 10/10 recommend

Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

The house was clean and well-stocked with supplies that helped make for a convenient weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood and a nice backyard area to hangout.

We had a lovely stay in Sacramento! This home was walking distance to our friends’ house in Land Park and just a short commute to my husband’s office farther North. The hot tub and backyard space were particularly awesome, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed (traveling with a three year-old). The beds were comfy and the rooms tidy and spacious. This property also had a friendly, helpful host! Good food and family-friendly activities were easy to access (the Sacramento Zoo is walking distance!) We will definitely be back.

Fong Chi was responsive when we couldn't enter the home due to a mistakely transposed number for check-in. Error's happen, so I was thankful for his very timely reply. He also reached out to us when he received a notification of wi-fi issues. His home layout is a well thought-out design, and it has everything you need while away from yours. The surroundings of the home felt safe, and it was clean. This is most important to me. The pool temperature was chilly, and it was unfortunate the weather didn't cooperate so to entice us to brave the cold plunge. On a nice day, it would be refreshing and you would find yourself enjoying all the exterior amenities provided. While we mostly enjoyed our stay, there was an unfortunate occurrence x2. There is a neighbor dog that is left outside on his backyard patio just behind the master suite, and another dog from a neighbor in front. None of us slept well both nights due to very late night continuous barking. Rare? Otherwise, 5 stars all around!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

The house ended up being perfect for what we needed and the backyard was so peaceful, and definetly what we needed !! The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and the linens were great! Every area was very clean and you could tell the owners took great care of their property! I will definetly come back if we come this way again. Sergey was great at responding and follow through.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.
