Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

Amazing stay! The beachfront location was unbeatable—gorgeous ocean views. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was great and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

VERY satisfied with our stay! Listing was just as pictured, bargain priced, and host was very responsive! Several amenities came with listing, all of which were useful! Views from condo unit are just as listed, beautiful! Location was perfect for walking to nearby sites, grocery/convenient stores within 3-minute drive! Can’t wait for next summer’s visit! Bring lots of sunscreen!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

This condo was perfect! From the location to the condo itself. It was nice to be on the far end of the strip. Hardly any traffic and no crowds. The beach access was great, and didn’t feel crowded. The pool was great and just a very short walk. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well. The condo was very nice and clean. Kate was great at giving descriptions on where it was and checking in. The houses before you get to the condo were even nice to look at or if you wanted to go on a walk in the evening. We hope to be back here next summer. So far it’s our favorite condo! We are a family of 3 and it was perfect for us!

The place was so clean and spacious! The location is great it’s right next to everything at Baytowne village. We loved the huge bed and shower! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Steve's place in Prominence! The golf cart was so fun for our girls, beaches were close by, and plenty of restaurants and things to do. We loved visiting the small towns along 30A and having a place to come back to right in the middle of everything. Steve was always responsive and provided everything we needed. My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

My husband and I wanted to take a short trip to PCB. This Airbnb is top tier. The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is even more beautiful in person. The condo was very clean, the decor is beautiful and the space smelled amazing ( I had to find out what kind of scent was used in the space….. lol). The place truly felt like home. The communication with Alex was on point. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The instructions provided were very clear and precise. We will definitely come back to visit in the near future.

House and location are great. Our 2nd year on 30A and this house provides a spacious interior and great deck with lots of space and hot tub. Extra bikes in garage, beach chairs and toys were bonuses. Walk 2 minutes to the Big Chill- super family/dog friendly and quick walk to Large heated community pool. Easy bike ride or rent golf cart to go to several beaches.

We had such a wonderful time! The house was in close proximity to the public pool which my kids loved. We walked there many times each day to swim and play. The golf cart was a huge perk as it made getting around a lot easier. We were able to take it to the beach and local shops or just cruise around town. The location right across from the Big Chill was our favorite part. This place is a must, especially if you have kids. We were able to walk over each day and evening for the variety of food and fun events that took place. The DJ dance party was our favorite! The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Shawna went above and beyond with the fun games and puzzles to play during our down time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on 30A, especially if you have a family. Tons to do and eat!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in WaterSound, Florida! Our family of six had more than enough space, and the furniture and decor were both stylish and in great condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute bike ride to one of the most peaceful, uncrowded beaches on 30A. I’d recommend bringing a wagon or something to pull your beach gear if you plan on biking there. The included 6-seater golf cart was a great perk, though just a heads up—it can’t be taken out of the neighborhood or on the boardwalk to the beach (only 4-seaters are allowed there). The adult bikes were great to have, and we easily rented bikes for the kids at The Big Chill nearby. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. This area of 30A is one of the best, in my opinion—beautiful, relaxing, and not overly crowded!

This was the best Air B n B I’ve ever stayed at. Wendy was very responsive and in contact throughout our stay. The house is beautifully done, we loved everything about its. The coffee bar was awesome, the back porch and pool area was all very relaxing, we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby, beach is a block away. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Wendy and her home are more than deserving. We will definitely return to the home in the future when it’s available.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I loved how close the neighborhood pool was to the house and I had plenty of room for my family of 9. The accommodations were perfect and the ice machine was a nice small touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.
