Monthly Rentals in Rosedale, Old Toronto

My stay was 3 months during the summer. If you want to stay in Yorkville but away from the noisy part, this is the spot. The unit is located on a quiet street with a suburban feel but within a 5 minutes walk from all of the nice restaurants and grocery stores in Yorkville. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. Having mail delivery service was convenient, too, and I loved that my cousin could guest park when she visited me! It's a massive unit for its area and price, and the Juliette balcony was a breath of fresh air on days I had to stay in. There was plenty of closet and storage space for me, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essential tools. The hosts were responsive every time I reached out. A floor lamp stopped working, and one of them came in to replace it. Check-in and check-out processes were simple. I wish I knew about the corridor renovation because there were noises sometimes, but it should be completed soon. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Beautifully decorated (high design level art and patterns), cozy, spacious, and pristine. Walk to restaurants—2 great ones—Parliament House, the Epicure bakery, easy walk or tram to metro. Shower and products awesome, kitchen has beyond everything you need plus coffee, chips, and oatmeal! So nice. Andrew is super responsive to your texts. He lives upstairs so you will hear movement—footsteps, muffled conversation, chairs, the pooch running around—as a solo traveler, I found this comforting.

I had a good long-term stay at this Airbnb. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions and always responding quickly to any questions. There was an issue with the heater at one point, but the host handled it right away with care and professionalism. Fortunately, the issue was resolved quickly, and I really appreciated how attentive the host was. The unit is a bit smaller than expected based on the photos, with a low ceiling and a compact kitchen. The kitchen amenities are fairly basic—perfectly fine for daily meals but not ideal for cooking in large batches. The bed is very comfortable, and all the appliances (laundry, TV, dishwasher) were very good quality. The location is fantastic, and the building is safe and well managed, making for a very pleasant stay overall.

Everything was great. Only issue for the first couple of weeks was totally out of the control of the host - 2 local construction projects violating the morning start time regs, and loudly. The access to all everything in downtown Toronto or anywhere on the subway system was outstanding.
