Vacation rentals with a patio in Rosedale, Old Toronto

I absolutely loved this place! It was perfect — clean, beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well organized. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming stay.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transit. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This space is beautiful. It was very clean and well-decorated, we felt right at home. There was plenty of space for the two of us and it’s clear that the hosts have put a lot of care into their home. The hosts were very responsive and very kind. We got a later start than we planned on and unfortunately we weren’t able to meet with them in person for check-in, but they were very flexible and made sure we could get into the apartment when we arrived. They were also kind enough to put together a snack basket, which included chocolates and happy birthday wishes! (Our trip was a belated birthday gift for me.) The neighborhood is very quiet. Public transportation was easy to get to. Parking wasn’t ideal (paid street parking only) but the parking situation in Toronto in general is tough, so that’s something to know when you book. We loved our stay. We would stay again. Thank you so much for everything!

Omorinsojo's place was exactly as described. We had a fantastic stay. Any time we needed something, they were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. I just wish we had better weather so we could have enjoyed the incredible view! Also, so fun to look through all of the books. Definitely not enough time for all the books! :)

Lovely host. Great location. A massive beautiful lilac tree outside the AirBnB in full bloom. Martin-Eric was a fabulous host! Would stay again.

Jayden’s spot was exactly what I needed for my 3 months in Toronto. Centrally located and safe and quiet. The parking spot was a plus and the neighborhood is just off of queen. Would absolutely stay again.

It was a good stay for the price. The host lives upstairs, they were respectful and very quite during night time. Don’t try to open the windows or the curtains using the strings, they are difficult to operate. The local is air conditionned.

My partner and I both agreed this is one of the best if not THE best airbnb we have ever stayed in, in terms of comfort, luxury, design, location, and esp now that we have young children, safety and thoughtfulness for kids. Somehow Alex manages to keep a beautiful place that is at the same time kid-friendly. Beautiful tree-lined streets and one block away from great coffee and restaurants. We adored our stay and Alex was so friendly and responsive. When we are back in Toronto, will book with her again :)

I had a great stay at Ashley's place. It was great to have the entire house to myself. It was really quiet and private and the floors were beautiful. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and spotless, the linens were crisp and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable (and I'm a fussy sleeper!). It was nice to have the little deck in the back to sit outside when I had the time. Thank you so much, Ashely, for your kind hospitality and for making my stay easy, comfortable and fun.

Dietmar is a great supper host. He’s very proactive and a great communicator and his attention to details didn’t go unnoticed. He contacted us before we arrived and wanted to know what things we might like to eat and had them waiting for us. A beautiful gift bag containing a bottle of Canadian Maple Syrup, a special Mustard and a wonderful autographed copy of Dietmar’s book “Your Love is Limitless” was such a treat. Our home away from home was as pictured. It was nicely furnished, great decor and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower is very modern with heated flooring and beautiful lighting. The big screen TV included Netflix which was a plus. The patio with it’s beautiful garden was a great way to start our day. The location is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to come back again.

We enjoyed a great week here. It is a great location in a very nice neighbourhood. There are lots of great restaurants close by and it is a nice walk through the neighbourhood to the city centre. The whole check-in process was smooth and there was instant response to any messages sent. We booked another stay in 5 weeks, I think that says it all.

Khaled's place is great. It was clean and well-stocked with just about anything you would need during a stay. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. There was one instance where we didn't like the UV lights in the floor lamp at night and Khaled had a replacement available for us the very next day. He's responsive and wants to ensure it's a comfortable stay for the guests. One thing to note for anyone with limited mobility, physical disabilities, and those with heavy luggages, the apartment is on the third floor and there are no elevators. You have to walk up a fairly narrow staircase so please be advised.

Fariba’s place is in a great location. The apartment is clean with a functional layout. Communication is not an issue, Fariba answered promptly when I had minor issues checking in. With so many lock boxes, it took some time to locate the correct one. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Fariba’s apartment again.

Robert was the best host we ever had for communications. He is really on the ball. His place is beautiful and made our stay in Toronto amazing. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Excellent communication, easy check in, very clean and comfortable, great coffee shop around the corner, easy walk to the subway…highly recommend!

Great place and Natalia was a wonderful host. The apartment is really spacious, practically furnished and clean. Our whole family was able to stay together while visiting quite comfortably. The location is really central with quick access to transit, grocery stores and key city areas. Natalia was really responsive, accommodating and flexible - even helped us retrieve an item left behind! Great value and great stay.

Staying at Stephanie’s was amazing. It was a great location from the airport and the local station. Close to a supermarket for food and essentials. The host was extremely helpful with a fantastic information pack provided upon arrival with everything you need to know about the apartment and the local area. It was a very clean apartment. Beautiful views and very affordable with great value for money. I would recommend staying at this accommodation to anyone visiting Toronto. I will be coming back here for sure. Thank you for being such a great host.
