Apartment vacation rentals in Rosedale, Old Toronto

I can say this is the best stay I’ve had so far! Great location, easy and seamless check in with simple instructions. Hosts were very responsive and proactive with communication. Had everything I needed, well decorated, great space, with air con. Easy access to restaurants and things to do! Beautiful place to stay! Host was very kind to extend my check out time as I wanted to explore downtown before heading to the airport later in the evening which was greatly appreciated!! I’d definitely stay here again if I’m around Toronto! And would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely ground floor apartment with its own garden. It’s spacious and clean and nicely decorated and the garden is lovely with local wildlife popping by! This is a nice part of Toronto generally, close to a lot of things but more green and quiet than downtown. Would recommend

Bahaa and his family were really accommodating during our long stay. They allowed us to park multiple cars in the drive and were responsive about any issues it questions we had. We were even treated to some homemade delicacies several times! The back patio and garden are lovely and we made use of that space daily. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean and recently redone.

Good apartment nice location real value for money

This space is beautiful. It was very clean and well-decorated, we felt right at home. There was plenty of space for the two of us and it’s clear that the hosts have put a lot of care into their home. The hosts were very responsive and very kind. We got a later start than we planned on and unfortunately we weren’t able to meet with them in person for check-in, but they were very flexible and made sure we could get into the apartment when we arrived. They were also kind enough to put together a snack basket, which included chocolates and happy birthday wishes! (Our trip was a belated birthday gift for me.) The neighborhood is very quiet. Public transportation was easy to get to. Parking wasn’t ideal (paid street parking only) but the parking situation in Toronto in general is tough, so that’s something to know when you book. We loved our stay. We would stay again. Thank you so much for everything!

The location really makes this apartment, it's fabulous and there are tons of things around. Great views and feels very safe. The decor feels like an airbnb and with a few things could tip the scale from great to amazing. It would've been nice to have coffee on site, and better lighting, all the lighting is overhead and a lamp or two would've made a big difference!

Ryan’s place was amazing! It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance. The panoramic views were beautiful both in the morning and evening, and having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus. Ryan is a great host! He's very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was super smooth with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. We felt right at home and will definitely stay here again next time we're in the city!

I loved this place. It is in walking distance from key attractions like the waterfront, St. Lawrence Market, and Young and Dundas square. After a long day in the hustle and bustle of dowtown Toronto, it is an oasis in the sky. It is also very close to the subway, getting to a from the airport and Union station is a breeze. One thing they don't mention is that it has the most spectacular view of the city and on a clear day you can see the lake. It is a very quiet building, which was great for me as I am an academic and was there for a conference. I walked to the venue everyday, George Brown Waterfront campus and was able to grab breakfast at St. Lawrence Market on the way. Compared to hotels or other air bnb spaces, this is a great deal for the quality, location and view. I highly recommend staying here, you will love it!

Beautiful,safe and very clean. It was the perfect space to enjoy on our holiday to Toronto. The area was so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and public transportation. We couldn’t have asked for more. So appreciative to our host and her kindness.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in the heart of Toronto's shopping district. The place was easy to find, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is super walkable, with plenty of great local restaurants and gelato spots nearby that we really enjoyed. As a bonus, there was a Father’s Day car show happening right downstairs on Bloor Street during our visit — such a fun surprise! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay in the city.

Sylvia’s place was perfect for our long weekend staycation! It was just the right amount of space for my husband, two year old and small dog. It was cozy, clean, and conveniently located. We love the island and this was an amazing find. Sylvia was available and responsive. We’d definitely book here again!

This charming AirBnB is one of those rare finds where you really don’t want others to find it because it was so perfect. Stefanie was extremely communicative and helpful leading up to and during our stay. Providing wonderful recommendations ahead of our trip to help us find great places to eat and explore! The home itself is lovely and inviting - they went out of their way to provide creature comforts for us including coffee, various teas, snacks and other things that just made it feel like home. The soft bathrobes were perfect for enjoying sleepy mornings catching up on White Lotus. The location is centrally situated and easy to walk to several great restaurants or hop on a bike rental and explore the city. This is the perfect place for a solo couple to stay if you’re looking to be close to all that Toronto has to offer but also want a quiet spot to unwind at the end of the day. When we come back to Toronto we’ll definitely be staying here.

Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy access and exactly as described

Fantastic spot in a great neighborhood! It fit my family of 4, we felt safe, and there were multiple great parks to explore with the kids within walking distance. It was easy to get to bigger attractions and by the end we felt like we got to know the city, which is what we were after. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay at Marc-Andre’s condo, it had everything I needed! The unit had an amazing view & I enjoyed the pool on a very warm, sunny afternoon. It was a busy weekend so just had to be patient for the elevator.
