Monthly Rentals in Rosedale East

We've just got back from a 3 night stay at this beautiful cottage. The sat nav took us straight to the cottages and inside was beautiful and clean. The views are just stunning and with how beautiful the weather has been we haven't needed the heating. the beds are comfortable and quilts are very warm. having an electric shower in the main bedroom ensuite meant we didn't need to use the stove but it was nice that it was already lit when we arrived on Saturday. We walked out to the local village and had food at the coach house inn which was extremely delicious and the portions were generous. it was only a 40min drive from Whitby which was a great day out too. overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again and explore more of the surrounding area as there is loads to offer.

Absolutely amazing stay at Rob’s cottage. The place was perfect and the lovely milk, eggs and other additions were amazing lovely surprise. We won’t hesitate to stay again!

This (for our small family and dog) was perfectly remote yet, only 45 mins drive to Scarborough, Whitby, York and Knaresborough. If you want somewhere quiet and remote to relax after a full day out, it’s perfect and beautiful. I also love hiking. Although i didn’t this time with the family, I can see this being a perfect base if that’s your thing. One of the most amazing parts is passing over the moors via the former ironmongers kilns towards Hutton le Hole. The stones and brick work still remain but on top of that, the moors in that area are just breathtaking to walk or drive through. Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Storey Corner. So much space for two people! Absolutely idyllic surroundings - so quiet and peaceful but still within a 30 minute drive of popular hot spots including Whitby, Thornton le Dale etc. Hosts were welcoming and helpful.
