Monthly Rentals in Roseberry Topping

We had a lovely few days here. The cottage was more spacious than it looks in the listing and had everything we needed for a few days. The cottage is on a busy road but parking wasn't an issue and we didn't find road noise a problem but if you have a dog that reacts to passing people/traffic it probably isnt the place for you. the garden is enclosed and nicely laid out. Aurora was a helpful and responsive host. There are good dog friendly options for eating out in walking distance. Great Ayton is a great base for exploring the local area there are lots of options for walking nearby as well as not being far from the coast.

Just got home after a 4 day break and the cottage was perfect! I’m a decorator by trade and work on property development every day and so of course everywhere i stay i can’t help but look through that lens and i have to say well done! The cottage has been very tastefully decorated throughout and designed really well too! i even took photos of the portholes that have been cut into the dividing wall between stairs lounge and kitchen because they really work to give a unified feel to the whole of the ground floor space which for a 2 up2 down it really did feel like one larger space i liked that effect , it really works right builder hat off we loved it and used it as a base to travel about from the town too was perfect with every amenity on the doorstep would highly recommend Thank you hosts Ian & Jon

Booked Johns place for myself and my daughter as we were visiting relatives over Easter period and it was perfect! Great location in the centre of the village but also felt very private! I loved that you could hear the nearby river and weir from the patio area. Lots of great places to eat and drink in the village. The accommodation was spotless and everything was in perfect condition and working. John is available if required but very much respects your privacy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anybody. 👍

Our second stay at The Studio, and it was fabulous. The accommodation is immaculate, very well equipped, and has a wonderful view over the fields to the hills. A very good breakfast selection is provided, and we love the fresh fruit. It has everything you need for either a short or long stay. We definitely need to stay longer! Jean provides a very warm Yorkshire welcome and that’s one of the reasons we will return again. Lovely to meet Rick on this stay too. Location is ideal for exploring both coast and moors. It’s also well worth the 20ish minute walk into the Stokesley town, with a river walk, shops, pubs and restaurants. The Studio is excellent value for money, and we look forward to returning again very soon.
