La casa es comoda, tranquila. un hermoso lugar para pasar la tarde en la pile. (que de hecho es enorme, las fotos no le hacen justicia) hay un gansito Tomy y una perra super amorosa Felicidad que nos re acompañó. A tener en cuenta para calcular el monto que quieran gastar, nosotros dormimos 5 en la casa, pero durante el dia fueron a celebrar mi cumpleaños algunas personas más, y me cobró por cada uno como si fuesen a quedarse a dormir. Lo pagué porque las indicaciones no eran claras, no está específicado en Airbnb. Es un monto muy elevado para alquilar 1 noche.

Mariela is very nice and accommodating, was very helpful with check in and instructions. Also checked in on us to make sure we don't need any help. The place is just like on the photos, the view of the city and river from the 20th floor very memorable. A lot of nice places around, big supermarket around the corner, close walk to the river.

El departamento era impecable: nuevo, limpio y muy cómodo. Todo estaba tal como se describía en el anuncio e incluso mejor. La ubicación era excelente, y la atención de Bárbara y Silvana fue inmejorable. Siempre atentas a cualquier consulta y dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento. Además, fueron muy flexibles con los horarios de check-in y check-out, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía aún más cómoda. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos. ¡100% recomendado!

Martha Macas-Ecuador Me sentí como en casa, monoambiente muy limpio y ordenado. Es igual como se describe en las fotografías. Todo lo necesario para cocinar. Lugar tranquilo y vecinos amigables. Necesitaba una plancha y me la facilitaron. Tienes privacidad. Raquel me ayudó con trasladarme del aeropuerto de Rosario al departamento y de igual manera a mi salida. He quedado muy satisfecha. Si regreso a Rosario, volvería a este lugar...

El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona céntrica con acceso a transporte público. Desde allí puedes caminar a los sitios de interés en Rosario y comprar lo necesario para comer.A pesar de estar en el centro, el alojamiento es tranquilo, el ruido de afuera no molesta. Algo muy importante es que encontré el alojamiento limpio y ordenado, la decoración es acogedora y tiene lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El check in y check out fueron super flexibles algo que era importante para nosotros en esta estadía. Y Sebastián respondió rápidamente a mis dudas. El wifi me pareció algo inestable, si vas de vacaciones está bien pero para conectarse por trabajo es deficiente. En conclusión, a mi esposo a mis dos gatos y a mí no gustó mucho y lo recomendamos .

Le agradezco por su hospitalidad, me sentí como en casa, muy cómoda, El alojamiento estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado La cocina estaba completamente equipada y limpia con todo lo necesario para cocinar si uno lo necesitara La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo y la zona es tranquila y segura El lugar tenía un encanto especial y disfrutamos mucho del balcón en esas noches de verano que me tocó Gustavo fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para responder preguntas Recomiendo este alojamiento sin duda y volvería a alojarme aquí en cualquier momento". Hermoso alojamiento en el centro de Rosario. Departamento muy cálido, luminoso, moderno, tranquilo y muy bien equipado. Mención especial a las dos camas de dos plazas (todos los alojamientos que evaluamos tenían una sola cama de dos plazas y dos de una) Limpieza increible, posee lavarropas (nos fue muy util) y dato no menor: netflix para ver pelis (nos tocaron días lluviosos) asique pudimos aprovecharlo. Fran siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitábamos y tanto la llegada como la salida fue super organizada. Definitivamente volveríamos.
