Mariela is very nice and accommodating, was very helpful with check in and instructions. Also checked in on us to make sure we don't need any help. The place is just like on the photos, the view of the city and river from the 20th floor very memorable. A lot of nice places around, big supermarket around the corner, close walk to the river.

Martín and Belén were super helpful and attentive. The apartment is very bright and very well decorated. The area is very changeable and is very easy to get to from the bus terminal or from the city's main avenues. It can be hot in summer (it's Santa Fe) but it has air conditioning in each room that works very well.

The property is located in a central area with access to public transportation. From there you can walk to the sights in Rosario and buy what you need to eat. Despite being downtown, the place is quiet, the noise outside doesn't bother you. Something very important is that I found the accommodation clean and tidy, the decor is cozy and it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, which was important to us for this stay. And Sebastian quickly responded to my questions. The wifi seemed somewhat unstable to me. If you're going on vacation it's fine, but to connect for work it's poor. In conclusion, my husband, my two cats and I did not like it very much and we recommend it.

The house is comfortable, quiet. A beautiful place to spend the afternoon in the battery. (which is in fact huge, the photos don't do it justice) there is a Tomy gansito and a super loving dog Happiness who was with us. To keep in mind to calculate the amount they want to spend, we slept 5 in the house, but during the day they were to celebrate my birthday some more people, and he charged me for each as if they were going to stay to sleep. I paid for it because the directions were unclear, it is not specified on Airbnb. It's a very high amount to rent 1 night.

Beautiful accommodation in downtown Rosario. Very warm, bright, modern, quiet and very well-equipped apartment. Special mention to the two double beds (all the accommodations we evaluated had only one double bed and two single beds) Incredible cleanliness, it has a washing machine (it was very useful for us) and no less important: Netflix to watch movies (we had rainy days) so we could take advantage of it. Fran was always attentive to what we needed and both check-in and check-out were super organized. We would definitely come back.

A pleasure to stay in Myriam, all the impeccable and equipped environments: comfortable sofa, the kitchen with delicious alfajores, fruit, varieties of tea, yerba and complimentary jams; the very good crockery; can be cooked although we ate outside; the gas stove has a good run (can be turned off and put in pilot); the pressure of the barbaric bathroom and sets of towels available, even has first aid kit. In addition to a spacious garage for car, and there are 2 bikes to use if desired. Myriam is very nice and attentive and we went to the cafe and bar that he recommended, the two are very good for the representative of Areco. A luxury everything.

The accommodation is a large family house, very well maintained, with all the amenities of a kitchen, gazebo, dining room, bedrooms, patio, pool. Upon arrival they welcomed us very well and told us all the steps to follow to enjoy the accommodation. The description is very similar to reality.

All good! The only thing I mention as an observation that what's in the third room is a futon (somewhat uncomfortable) and not a bed. The location is barbaric and the view is divine.
