Waterfront vacation rentals in Rosario

Very clean apartment, nice area, there are many restaurants and bars around, close to the Parque España where there is the best view for the Paraná River. I had contact with Alejandro, very good, always willing to help. Would come back for sure.

The stay at Maru's apartment was excellent. The apartment is very well kept, everything is very clean, modern and very well decorated. The condominium has a lot of security, the garage is very practical and the environment is really nice (park, pool, tennis court, etc.). We will definitely be back

Mariela is very nice and accommodating, was very helpful with check in and instructions. Also checked in on us to make sure we don't need any help. The place is just like on the photos, the view of the city and river from the 20th floor very memorable. A lot of nice places around, big supermarket around the corner, close walk to the river.

My family and I (5) stayed for one night in Lisandro's apartment. It allowed us to bring our little dog 🐶 and that to us was very important. The apartment is as it presents, it was very clean, has space for everything, and the furniture/appliances were in very good condition, new. The beds are super comfortable. The location was very good, easily accessible to us. On the other hand, Lisandro was very kind, for check-in and check-out he was attentive to messages, he answered quickly and clearly. An excellent experience. I would definitely choose this dpto to stay in Rosario again.

Fabiana's apartment is very spacious, with a great view from the balcony to the river. The apartment has 3 split air conditioners. Short distance to many places of interest in the City. Fabiana responds very quickly. The place is highly recommended

Good place for long stays

The apartment is in an unbeatable location, beautiful view and the apartment is just like the photos. The facilities are excellent, and Diego is very friendly and always available for any questions. The only difficult thing is finding the parking lot, and the entrance to the building, since it is very large and there are several buildings.

Very flexible and understanding, quick response time, and a friendly host! the house is small but has everything you need, and is in a great location next to many things!
