monoambiente a estrenar en el centro , a dos cuadras de la peatonal córdoba , a cinco del rio paraná ( parque españa) y 8 del monumento nacional a la bandera opciones de estacionamiento al lado del edificio y varios en la misma cuadra ( no incluido ) la unidad es nueva, el edicificio se entrego en 2023 manteniendo la fachada que se encontraba como patrimonio histórico arquitectónico de la zona Cuenta con wifi, tv , aire frio/calor , cocina ,microondas, pava eléctrica y cafetera.
