The house is very comfortable, spacious and a nice style. Very enjoyable. The location is unbeatable more knowing that the streets of the spa are tricky to transit in a vehicle. Sts in a private area but on a busy street, s a block from the boliches and a few from the center of the spa. Excellent everything!

Everything impeccable! Environment extremely cozy and clean, Dayana and Seu Claudio always requested and kind. The House where we stayed was designed totally for guests, with everything necessary for a pleasant and quiet stay. Very close to all the beaches, 3 minutes drive from the wonderful dream beach, the pine tree and the end of the parrot. Incredible place! We'll be back! Keep it up always, gratitude for these wonderful days we spent there!

My stay was excellent. I spent three days staying and local is very quiet, clean and great for rest. My mom and I were very well received. Maria Helena and her husband are super attentive and dear, I intend to return.

Spacious, airy apartment in great location. It has easy access to the beach and close to restaurants, market and bakery. The host was very kind and communication with him was quite agile. We will return for sure.

Great accommodation, the place corresponds with the description and photos. We had a problem with the bus and we arrived 6:30 but the hostess was very kind and we had no problems with check in, house was super clean and all the appliances (microwave, fridge, fan, television...) worked right. Great cost-benefit, and it's still super close to the center and the beach!!

Excellent place to rest and enjoy the beach. The apartment is beautiful as the photo, as it is surrounded by the sea, it was beautiful to open the window and that between the sea breeze in addition to the surroundings of the apartment that is very nice made the stay incredible. The beach and downtown nearby, great location. The hostess is very warm and always available. I hope I can come back again.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!
