Vacation rentals with a pool in Rosa Norte

The house is very comfortable, spacious and a nice style. Very enjoyable. The location is unbeatable more knowing that the streets of the spa are tricky to transit in a vehicle. Sts in a private area but on a busy street, s a block from the boliches and a few from the center of the spa. Excellent everything!

The very good house, well clean, smelling bedding, clean pool. A great space for family with children as well. We love the place.

The place is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a backyard to the lagoon with private access. Very spacious and organized, complete with all the amenities listed. The barbecue area is a little far from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the listing. 1 - The common area is shared with another lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these mezzanines, double beds. That is, there are two full beds in each room. But none of this takes away from the comfort of the house and the tranquility of the place. It was a great stay and I plan to return.

We live special moments in the family at Jeane's house, super comfortable, clean, roomy and tasteful! It was much better than the photos, we thank you for the stay, we went to see the sunrise, because the location is very privileged, besides being close to the sea, it is also close to everything, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. Apartment exactly as shown in the photos, clean, everything well arranged, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too many rules for use, but these are condominium rules. As far as the host's responsibility is concerned, everything was excellent!

Mr. Joaquim is very cordial and is always concerned about the well-being of his guests. His wife is a sweetheart as well. Super indico, as the house is very clean and settled. In the surroundings there is pharmacy, market and bakery. Thank you for the stay Mr. Joaquim!!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

Everything very neat, the apartment is cute, very comfortable. It is in a neighborhood a little further from downtown Imbituba, but in a very beautiful and historical place of the city. In the vicinity there is a lot of choice of restaurants and markets. Very solicitous host! Stay was great!
