Loft vacation rentals in Rosa Norte

I spent a weekend with my son and it was wonderful! The place is simple, but it has everything you need! It was all super clean and fragrant. And Thiago solved everything we needed with agility and extreme education! It is very close to the beach of Pinheira and also gives Guarda do Embaú! Without a doubt, I will be more often! Hopefully soon!

Well located. All clean and organized. Easy access to the main points of the city. Super easy check-in because the host was very objective and clarifying. Would recommend!!

Without a doubt, it was an amazing experience. The place is close to the sea, very beautiful, extremely organized environment. Sodré and his Adroaldo's reception are very friendly and as I described, we feel at home. And the Guard also makes it easy! rssss

The hut is well equipped and very clean. The location is great, you can walk to the centrinho. In spite of the location close to the most popular places, the terrain offers privacy and solitude. The view of the hut is also wonderful. Only thing is that the terrain is very steep, so for those on foot they have to climb a very high inclination and I imagine that people with limited mobility may have some difficulty.

Anfitriao was excellent, always ready to help, the place is wonderful, we love the accommodation , well-equipped and the unparalleled view. We will return for sure.

Our stay with Franco and Suzana was super nice! The loft is super cozy, spacious bathroom, beautiful view, even more with that dining space next to the windows! Suzana was super attentive both on arrival and on departure and the accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay! I would definitely host again =)

We had a great stadia at the loft, we love the flexibility of check-in. The loft is a chamego, everything clean and organized. The place is easy access to beaches, markets and clear to the centrinho do Rosa; Super recommend! We'll be right back.

i decided to extend my stay last minute so I book thos place with just hour of notice. But Alda managed to have it ready for me quickly. its very new place and there some minor work might be useful ( like bathroom towel hanger, little curtain at top of kitchen to reduce light) but over all it's a good place. I was there only for one night so I didn't have any issues. I can't say anything about longer stay. location for this place is just 1 min (may be less) walk to beach. I spent more time on beach then inside room. For quick breakfast, there is small shop right next to room alda is very friendly, even though we jad language barrier, she was able to provide information quickly.

Tati and Rodrigo have welcomed us very well, made us super comfortable. The loft has everything new, organized and well tidy, in addition to being well cleaned. They prepared the site very well for guests to receive. We like it very much, fair price. Congratulations on the site. About the location is very close to Surfland and about 15 minutes to the centre.
