We’re really happy with our stay! We loved staying at Eduardo’s place — the house was beautiful, stylish, and super cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The green outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous, and the spa zone was a great bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

The house is in a fantastic location, with an incredible 360-degree view. It's like you're in a private lookout. It overlooks the beach and the lagoon. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Access by road has some pretty bumpy stretches, but it's worth it. Flávia treated us super well from check-in to checkout.

The house and the surroundings surprised us a lot. Calm, family and peaceful Mto. Dani is a wonderful person, extremely kind and kind, treated us with affection. Always looking to provide us with a unique experience. The house is beautiful, wide, comfortable, cozy, so much , that we didn't want to leave. It overlooks the lagoon and it is possible to walk down with the kaiak that is provided by the space. Thanks Dani for the reception and all kindness.

Home is exactly the same as in the pictures, our days have been relaxing. The view is sensational and watching the sunset in the bath is p peak. Would come back more often for sure

Spectacular place. My wife and I rated it as our best stay we had through Airbnb. Perfect hosting and the host was extremely solicitous. The pictures and description do not do justice to the paradise it is. We plan to return soon!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE! We arrived around midnight and were surprised by the warmth and comfort of the home. Everything in perfect order, clean, and very well-equipped! It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every space in the house and would definitely come back!!

The property is on a quiet street and the house has a lovely garden. The place was super nice, so much so that I stayed there for two months and many days I didn't even leave there. The house is impeccable, everything brand new, there is nothing obscure or crusted dirt. Less than 5 minutes walk away there is a beautiful lake that you can swim in. Up to 5 minutes by car is the beach, gym, markets, pharmacy, etc. And less than 30 minutes by car has numerous other beaches to visit. I recommend this house to people who value comfort, and I would stay there again.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

Stay was very good. Very beautiful and quiet place, perfect for which you want quiet mainly because we were in the low season. The house had everything we need, it comes close to the beach of Sonho and Ponta do Paragaio. And by car is a few minutes from Pinheira de Cima which is an excellent beach and also by Guarda do Embaú. Marcelo was an excellent host, still gave us delicious treats from his parents' place (wonderful jellies) and a wine. We will definitely be back.

The house is spectacular. Arejada, modern, very well equipped. The visual around is pure nature. Quiet condominium close to the beach, which makes it easy not to need a car. Host is very attentive to guests and responds quickly to any calls.

The house is very good, super spacious, there were 10 of us and we were very well accommodated. The place is very quiet, good for hiking. Ana is very attentive, always available to answer questions. I recommend the stay! The nearby beaches are beautiful!

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a show apart, providing incredible moments of relaxation. The atmosphere was so cozy that you didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back another time! We had a great stay at the house, perfect communication with the hosts and the house is very good! All rooms are good, the superiors with an amazing view of the sea. The house has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach.. practically foot in the sand. I recommend staying at the house!

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will be back.

Host Maria Cristina was of an unparalleled education and kindness, making us comfortable to use the property. To further improve our stay, he left a spectacular person to D. Sueli and her husband, who helped us perfectly. Were wonderful days.
