The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

Gorgeous and totally private location, in rural location. Far reaching views and serene setting, lots of parking. Fabulous heated POOL (5m x 10m) open from start of April to end of October. Full of rustic charm inside, with loads of space and many quirky old features. Fantastic outdoor entertaining area, with magical automatic illuminating lanterns and large dining table. There is a barbecue, ping-pong table and petanque (boules). . Amazing setting, 2km from "Champagne" village pub/post office.

It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. A charming and peaceful group of three adjoining cottages offering a relaxing stay for the whole family (capacity 20 people). The location is very quiet and suitable for families, with two heated swimming pools and a one-hectare wooded park. The Domaine des Prairies de Latry comprises a total of five cottages (with the possibility of adding one or two additional cottages if required).
