Vacation rentals with lake access in Ronco sopra Ascona

Das Rustico ist super gelegen im unteren Teil des Verzascatals. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und es waren sogar Kaffekapseln vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Sitzplatz mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Ein Gasgrill steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Absolutely lovely stay! The villa is beautiful, clean, and very authentic with a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, she gave us great tips on places to visit and a local café that was both delicious and affordable. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, very thoughtful! The view is stunning, the beds are super comfortable (both a large one and two smaller ones), and the bathrooms were great. We also loved the little treats left for guests, such a sweet touch. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back soon!

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

Tout était parfait , très propre , confortable La cuisine est très bien équipée . Et notre place préférée le balcon avec une vue extraordinaire! . Un bel appartement soigné , on se sent très bien . Merci pour ces heures de Bonheur !

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Anna et Marco. L’appartement est idéalement situé proche du lac et de l’animation, très accueillant et bien équipé. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades en ne prenant que les transports en commun. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les conseils personnalisés de Marco et sa disponibilité pendant le séjour. Le contact par messages interposés était très amical. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Davide für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der kleinen Traube! Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet, gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Atmosphäre lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein – perfekt zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The only thing disappointing is that we did not stay here longer. what a wonderful retreat away from hustle and bustle of the cities. Truly a retreat. We immediately came in dropped our bags and fell asleep on the sun chairs while taking in the peaceful scenery. Do yourself a favor and do not listen to people when they say you can do Lake Como area in 2 days. Stay a while and enjoy the peaceful nature and definitely stay here.

الموقع جميل وهادئ اطلالة ممتازة على البحيرة. الشقة توحد بها مستلزمات الطبخ .. الاسرة ليست مريحة بعض الشي. لايوجد شامبو او غسول الجسم.. ولا مناديل تنشيف.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

Wir haben uns bei Daniel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat alles was man benötigt. Die top Kommunikation und der entspannte Check-in, haben die Wohnung abgerundet. Eine klare Empfehlung :)

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

Es war wie im Paradies! Ein riesengrossen Garten, privat Strand- was will man mehr… Ein Ausflug nach Orta mit dem Schiff ( unbedingt!!!) Hund Mogli hat es auch sehr gut gefallen 😄

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.

It was a fantastic vacation. The place is even more beautiful than the images show—a perfect location for relaxation. The house has a boat to get around (restaurants and food shopping). Before we came, we thought getting around with a ship would be difficult, but it became the vacation's star and made everything magical. We used it several times each day and had so much fun. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mattia was excellent and responsive. His dad even came around to show us how to fish. Couldn't have asked for more from a host. What an AMAZING stay! The cottage is exactly as described and pictured, but the pictures on the listing simply don't do justice to the true beauty and views you will experience here! We spent 3 days here after a cruise and it was the perfect location to unwind and slow down! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace as the best part of our trip to Lake Como! Sara is incredibly helpful and gave us some recommendations even before we arrived! And you MUST make the short walk down the hill to Riverside Snackbar (her family restaurant!) to eat and take in the views! The cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. Perfectly located outside of Bellagio and the crowds. Close to a local market. Yet still close enough to go into Bellagio and ferry around to other villages for the day! We hope to get to return someday as this may have become our favorite place in the world!!
