House vacation rentals in Ronco sopra Ascona

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

We spent very nice and relaxing days in Casa Medusa. Hostess Giada was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, the decor very nice and you felt very comfortable very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

This home is absolutely stunning! Daniel warmly welcomed us on the first day and gave us a tour, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated between Bellagio and Como with breathtaking lake views. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious, and the open-concept kitchen allowed us to cook while enjoying the scenery. One recommendation: rent a small vehicle, as the roads are quite narrow and can be challenging if you're not used to them. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. Another plus is that the restaurants, villages and Locarno are also within walking distance. Thank you Sandra, to another time

Caroline's home was a wonderful fit for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids). We found it spacious, practical, and very convenient. The kids especially loved the amazing garden, where we enjoyed many meals in the lovely weather. Caroline was also super responsive and friendly, and she was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which was a great bonus. The frequent public transport on lines 7 and 1 made exploring the area easy.

Catalda and Sergio are very sweet, good and welcoming hosts. In case of questions and any uncertainties, communication is quick and good. This from the warm welcome to our departure. Casa Felice is truly a "gem" that they have built themselves and decorated with taste. The house is spacious, cozy and clean. The well-equipped kitchen is large, as is the bathroom. The view of Lago Maggiore is breathtakingly beautiful. The artist village Ronco where Casa Felice is located is small, very nice and very quiet. While you have many facilities in Cannobio, a few minutes away by car. In this cozy and lively place, there are many restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Casa Felice deserves a big 10 from us!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was super equipped and totally clean and inviting. We felt right at home. The kitchen was even set up so that you hardly had to bring anything from home. The view was also fantastic and the climb to the house is definitely worth it. Tobias is a great host! A well hidden gem in the mountains, this historic rustico that is so beautifully located and attractively decorated. Upon arrival, we felt right at home, and every day we enjoyed the various hangouts and views, and the beautiful trips that can be made from the house. Armin was quick to respond, had good tips and is very welcoming. Highly recommended!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. We had great days at the place, it was very tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were not very lucky with the weather, but we were able to use the "TV room" extensively. They always responded very quickly to our questions and we felt in great hands. The small swimming area is a highlight and I could still use the SUP boards, it was a lot of fun.
