Beachfront Guest Suite by the Hill

Our guest suite is located in Kampung Juara on Tioman Island. Situated at the hillside on the northern side of Juara bay - with an amazing view of the whole bay - it's surrounded by pristine rainforest and beautiful nature. Peaceful and private area with a river separating the property from the common beach area. At high tide the river can be crossed with one of our shared kayaks - or just by wading through the water - and during low tide it's easy to walk in and out of the property.

The host had some provisions that you could purchase (e.g. disposable bath towel, toothbrush set, snacks) - appreciated that service. The place was fairly clean enough. The bedsheets were clean and so soft, making it comfortable to sleep on. The house has a carpark space too, if you’re driving in. Unfortunately there was a car alarm then went off the whole night but was inevitable haha. Overall satisfied! 😊

I strongly recommend you to book with Chun Jing! Good hotel in reasonable price. She also gave us many local suggestions, which were helpful during our stay (the restaurant in the resort is pricey, so I recommend eating out, 40MYR for round trip taxi).

We had a lovely time in Wong’s place. Felt right at home the moment we stepped into her apartment. Wong’s place was huge and spacious enough to accommodate my huge family. Great spot to rest and relax before heading out to Tioman! We’ll definitely choose this place the next time we’re in the area.
