Vacation rentals with lake access in Rome

Silvia, l’host, una persona splendida così come il marito che considero ormai un amico e le loro splendide cagnoline. Disponibili e gentili oltre ogni aspettativa. Purtroppo c’è stato un problema non dipendente da loro e la tensione è stata disagevole per tutti, comunque lo consiglio vivamente.

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt. Andrea war so lieb und hat uns abgeholt und unsere Koffer transportiert, weil wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden haben. Wir haben hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat noch 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen und ist generell sehr hellhörig. Leider hatten wir ein wenig Pech und die Familie über uns war sehr laut, man hört jeden Schritt. Trotzdem hatten wir eine wundervoll Zeit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Il mio soggiorno in questa splendida villa vicino a Nemi è stato semplicemente perfetto! Immersa nella tranquillità della campagna appena fuori Roma, la villa offre un rifugio sereno con viste mozzafiato sulla natura circostante e sui laghi. L’atmosfera è incredibilmente rilassante, il luogo ideale per staccare la spina dopo una giornata alla scoperta dei borghi e dei siti storici della zona. La villa è impeccabile, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort per un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Anche gli spazi esterni sono meravigliosi, perfetti per gustare un caffè al mattino o un bicchiere di vino la sera, immersi nella quiete. I padroni di casa sono stati accoglienti e attenti, facendo in modo che tutto fosse perfetto per la mia visita. Se cerchi un rifugio di pace vicino a Roma, con facile accesso alle bellezze dei Castelli Romani, questo è il posto ideale. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

We had a great time staying here. The space is perfect for a stay as a couple. Andrea was very friendly and even send us the sunglasses we accidentally left at the Airbnb via post. We can recommend staying here!

Luca was such a wonderful host! I came with an injured ankle and he was so helpful with getting me settled in. We had an amazing stay, the house is beautiful! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. The view is beautiful and there is lots to do. 10/10 stay. Thank you for everything!!!

We were searching for a place to decompress after two weeks of traveling throughout Italy. Lake Bracciano was perfect. Our initial Airbnb fell through, luckily Sofia was highly accommodating and we were able to book and enjoy the cute apartment within a couple of hours. The apartment is less than a block from the lake in the old town. It is quaint and compact. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Sofia provided coffee and breakfast items. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed the lakefront restaurants and gelato and traveled around the lake twice to enjoy the other towns and hiking trails. It is less than an hour's drive to the Rome Fiumicino airport.

Die von uns gewählte Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, um z.B. Rom, Ostia Antica etc. zu erkunden. ÖV in der direkten Nähe eher dürftig ausgebaut. Rom kann aber sehr einfach mit der Metro oder Bahn erreicht werden. Vittorio ist diesbezüglich sehr hilfreich.

Отличная профессионально подготовленная к сдаче квартира. Стоит своих денег. При заселении вопросов не возникло, хозяин дал нам четкие инструкции и рекомендации. Мы остались довольны. 👍 Мы вернемся снова👋🏻

Giulio est un hôte très sympatrique et réactif, avec beaucoup d'humour! Le logement a été parfait pour ces quelques jours à Rome. Situé dans un quartier tranquille, calme, il est également très confortable et lumineux. Je m'y suis sentie très bien. Je garde l'adresse pour de prochain séjours! Encore merci pour tout!

Propietaria indiscutibilmente disponibile, appartamento curatissimo! È immerso nel cuore del borgo di Anguillara, a due passi dal centro e dal lago, nonché da tutti i servizi! Soggiorno perfetto!!!

Alloggio molto pulito situato nel centro di Albano Laziale. Ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare la zona dei castelli romani.

bellissimo alloggio vista lago al centro del borgo antico. facile da raggiungere e propietari disponibili e attenti. Unica pecca la mancanza del sale grosso in cucina. Si sono fatti ampiamente perdonare con snack offerti. Consiglio vivamente.

Sara e suo marito Lorenzo sono stati host gentili e premurosi, educati, rispettosi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L’appartamento è meglio di come viene mostrato in foto, spazi molto ampi e giardino stupendo dove i nostri figli di 6 e 11 anni hanno potuto giocare e divertirsi. Siamo arrivati in auto da Milano e ci siamo sempre spostati con il nostro mezzo scoprendo Roma e dintorni, visitando i luoghi di interesse e le proposte culinarie tipiche del territorio

Sono stata molto felice d’aver scelto questo alloggio, l’host è davvero molto gentile, disponibile ed accogliente, raccomando vivamente questa casa . Grazie ancora di tutto Giuseppe, ci vediamo la prossima volta. Dio ti benedica!

We had a great stay . We comunicated very easy with Andrea. The house is very spacious, bright, located in a very quiet neighborhood. We find everything we needed inside.There is a wonderful park nearby. Also the congress center is very close. The metro station is a five-minute walk away. In 20 minutes you are in the center of Rome.
