My lovely wagon-lit: piccola stanza con entrata indipendente e bagno privato. Bagno "vintage": vasca anni '60, wc, e un lavandino piccolissimo. Per una persona soltanto. Un luogo da usare come punto di appoggio ed essenzialmente per dormire. La stanza confina con la cucina dell'host: c'è una porta di separazione non insonorizzata. VIETATO FUMARE . Per l’estate è disponibile un ventilatore a colonna. Con supplemento per spese di energia è possibile avere un condizionatore tipo Pinguino.

The stay was fantastic! This is our first solo trip to Europe (my sister and I), and we felt 100% at home at Rosanna’s place. The AC in the room was perfect and a great bonus as well as the private bathroom. The hosts went above and beyond for us, even giving us take away breakfasts when we left prior to the breakfast serving time frame. Overall an amazing stay and one of our favourite parts of Rome!

A charming old house that has been decorated in keeping with its era. An easy check in and a helpful and friendly host who went beyond expectations in catering for our special need on day of check out. Handy location to catch bus into Rome and some great choices for dining just down the road. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Rome.. thanks to Christopher and the team..

En todo momento tuvimos buena comunicación. Nos esperó para el horario de llegada de nuestro vuelvo y hasta pudimos ingresar un rato antes de la hora de checkin. El trato fue muy amable. Es lindo que te reciba una persona local y te brinde recomendaciones de transporte, atracciones y comida. Se está perdiendo esa esencia que tenía antes reservar en Airbnb. Súper recomendable. La zona es un poco más alejada del centro histórico para ir caminando en días de mucho calor, pero el coliseo está a 10 min caminando y hay una estación de metro a 2 cuadras con la que se puede llegar a todos los demás puntos importantes, así que con el metro estuvimos muy bien.

Great place to stay when visiting Rome, here’s why: 1) Location: Very easy walk to the Vatican and ~10 min walk to the Cipro metro station which will give you access to the rest of the city. Considering the cost per night, you’d be hard pressed to find a hotel with this type of location at as competitive of a price. Great value for location! 2) Room: The room itself was very nice and clean. Looks brand new and is spacious. Comes with a mini-fridge which is useful. The bathroom has a big shower and a good amount of counter space. WiFi was fast. Bed was pretty comfortable as well. No complaints! 3) Host: He was incredibly helpful and accommodating! Not only did he travel out early to meet us when we arrived but he gave us a place to store our luggage and change our clothes while we were waiting on our room to be ready. Great knowledge of the local area and provided good restaurant recommendations. All in all, definitely recommend for your stay in the Eternal City!
