Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia wirklich schön! Die Wohnung ist klein und unfassbar gemütlich. Sie verfügt über alles was man braucht, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super, der Stadtteil ist nicht nur sehr beliebt unter den Römern, sondern sehr zentral und perfekt gelegen für einen Citytrip zu zweit oder alleine. Die Straße geht von einer Hauptstaße ab, dennoch sind Straße und Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ebenso befinden sich dort sehr schöne kleine Restaurants. Silvia reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten mit Tipps und Hinweisen - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

Comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires, cet appartement est tout simplement merveilleux ! Tout prêt du Vatican, mais aussi à 5 min de marche du métro Ottaviano, vous pouvez vous rendre presque partout à Rome! À l’accueil, Gabriele a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer, fait le tour du proprio avec nous et répondre à nos questions, excellente communication! En terminant, que dire de la terrasse! WoW, juste wow! Peu d’appartement offre ce genre de « bonus » et c’est réellement ce que fait la différence ici, car cela permet de relaxer et aussi de profiter de la vie sur Rome et la basilique Saint-Pierre. De mémorables vacances! Si vous songez à louer cet appartement, N’hésitez pas !

We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's apartment! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the washer, he went above and beyond to resolve it, even making a trip down when remote assistance didn't work. The apartment had everything we needed, making us feel right at home (this was our 1st trip to Europe). We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to his place on our next trip to Rome. Thanks again, Mattia, for your hospitality!

Everything worked perfect. Some previous reviews mentioned noise and poor A/C we had no problem at all. Cool, calm and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem in the center of Rome! Tucked away in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood, it still feels like you're right in the heart of everything — just steps from all the main sights, yet far enough to enjoy the calm charm of local Roman life. The apartment itself is full of character and Roman vibes — from the classic architecture to the thoughtful decor. But the real showstopper is the upper living room. Every evening, we were treated to absolutely breathtaking sunset views over the rooftops of Rome! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The host was super responsive and gave us great local tips, too. If you're looking for a peaceful stay that still puts you near the iconic spots this is the place. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The location of the appartment was spectacular we did not need to do the historical sites as we had been there before even though they were easily accessible but we stayed in the area around the appartment and followed all the recommendations from our hosts and loved it from where to get best coffee to ice cream to streets to roam.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Cannot say enough good things about this adorable apartment! We were able to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. The apartment is perfect for two people, with the location being ideal to walk to the sites but the unit feeling safe and private. We truly loved it and would highly recommend!

Nostromondo’s place was in a great neighborhood and was very spacious. It was very easy to get in touch with the host in advance of arriving in Rome and we were able to arrange a time to check in soon after we arrived. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, including when there was a clog in the shower drain, which she promptly worked to resolve while we were out on our daily tours. Overall a great stay in Rome, and would recommend for others!

We loved our stay in Rome! The location was just great for anything you want to do surrounding the Colosseum. The apartment was beautiful. We loved how quaint it was and having air conditioning was so necessary as it got up to 97 degrees yesterday. We loved everything about the apartment once we got inside! They had all the amenities we needed!

With steps away from most everything - the location was perfect. If not close, a taxi stand and a bus route was right outside the door. The place was exactly as described, so clean and perfect for us. The place was very secure too - which is nice in the hustle and bustle of Rome. The host was very responsive and helped us with early check in and transportation services. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Rome was perfect! The air conditioning was a godsend on some hot Roman days. The location was fantastic and walkable to almost everything. We would definitely stay here again. Cynthia was a great communicator and we felt right at home.

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic—very convenient for getting around. The Spanish Steps, along with several great shops and restaurants, are just around the corner. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The pullout couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Just a heads-up: there’s only one bathroom, which can be a bit challenging with five people, but we managed. The host was excellent—very friendly and super responsive. Would recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. We absolutely loved our stay here. The terraces were incredible and such a lovely place to have an aperitivo in the evenings. The beds were comfy and WiFi worked well enough for people to work from home. We were worried about the stairs as we were staying with two small children but it was all fine! It was frustrating that they wouldn’t provide a high chair or travel cot so we had to add this to our baggage at the last minute. Every Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in (including my own where I host) provides this. The kitchen was also quite tricky to cook in with no work surface and tiny drawers that don’t fit the huge plates easily. But the location couldn’t be topped!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is unbeatable—steps from Campo de' Fiori with great restaurants, shopping, and an easy walk to all the major sites. The host was responsive and met us at check-in, taking the time to walk us through the apartment and confirm everything was working, including the AC and hot water. The space was just as pictured: spacious, clean, and full of old-world charm with beautiful art and décor. The third bedroom is a bit small but still perfectly manageable.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautiful apartment. You cannot beat the location for easy walks or public transport to all of the sites in Rome. Sipping their gift of limoncello on the terrace looking at the coliseum all lit up at night is something I won’t forget. Riccardo and his staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They met us at the apartment and gave us lots of insider tips for getting around and helped us get our airport taxi home. The building has extra security and such charm. We highly recommend this spot in the heart of the Monti neighborhood.

This place is amazing. While everyone else is down below trying to get their Insta pics, you will be getting the best ones from your bedroom windows! Check in was easy. We arrived hours before check in and Paco gave us access to the apartment early. There is quite a bit of noise from all the people gathered outside until close to midnight, but Paco has earplugs ready if it’s too much for you. We were able to sleep right through it. The metro is steps away making it very easy to get everywhere.
