If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great time at Susan's place, and would highly recommend it. There were 3 of us adult ladies and it was so nice to each have our own room! Very comfortable, and we found the house thoughtfully laid out and decorated nicely. It really feels like you're home. Susan has the place stocked very well too. Great instructions for things around the house which made settling in very quick and easy. Location wise you couldn't be better off. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We would absolutely stay again at this lovely Airbnb!

I felt that Allison’s place was very clean, neat, and had anything that I could’ve needed. She also sent me a message, letting me know that if I didn’t need anything to let her know. Since they did such a good job with making sure everything needed was there I had no need to contact her. The next time I come to New York, I will definitely try to find her place.

this spot was a great home base for three adults and a baby while we were in town for a week. we were able to get to nearby places quickly from this location and it was so nice to stay in this comfortable and functional (we cooked a lot) home. the weather wasn't on our side for sitting outside but that would have been the cherry on top. Derek was a great host - very responsive and helpful.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located to allow us to take a great long walk on the boardwalk in the morning, and was an easy drive to the events we were on Long Island for. Bruce was a great host and very responsive to questions ahead of our stay. We so appreciated the special touches like cookies left for us and a bottle of milk to go with our coffee! Our stay was easy and comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

Walk to Beach, Train to NYC!

From check-in to check-out David was great and responsive. The accommodations were perfect for our family (4 adults). Loved the bedroom with the bed that had a remote to raise your feet and head! So comfortable! We were greeted the next day by David and his two beautiful dogs! This was supposed to be a beach vacation but it rained for the entire 4 days and nights we were there. We did enjoy the hot tub and he sent down the dogs to visit too when we asked! He made my hubby and I the most wonderful espresso we’ve ever had. He also made great suggestions for dining. We had the use of their bikes, beach umbrella and chairs (which we didn’t get to use ). Also provided big fluffy towels which were great for the hot tub. Soap was lovely both in the kitchen and bathroom (Meyer) and lovely body wash in the shower (I think it was EOS). The neighbourhood is so charming- love the uniqueness of all the homes. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again!

We had a lovely stay at Jenna's. The apartment was spacious and very clean, as shown in the photos. Well located, minutes from the boardwalk, quiet area. We met Jenna and her husband, who were very nice. They made sure everything was going well for us and they gave us restaurant recommendations. I recommend it without hesitating!

This place is ok if your on a budget. The area is worth a million dollars but the motel was a motel. Although the staff and other people were very friendly. It felt very very safe there. Lots of kids for my kids to play with and a pool. Id coke back for the beach.

My family of four had a lovely time at Gail's. The place was clean and very comfortable. She has all the gear you need for a stay at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

It was with great pleasure that I visited the prince's house, it is really well presented and clean. It makes me want to come back again. I hope everyone visits Mr. Prince and you will not regret it.
